  Valerie Tovar is an exceptional leasing expert. We applied right after her tour because she sold us. She is the best leasing agent we’ve ever met/toured with! I recommend having her be your tour guide, she’s very patient with all my questions and very knowledgeable!

  From the moment I walked into Panorama Apartments, everyone who greeted me was incredibly friendly, welcoming, helpful, and professional—which immediately made me feel comfortable. Valerie especially stood out. I had such a wonderful experience touring Panorama Apartments with Valerie, the leasing expert. She was incredibly kind, sweet, patient, and took her time showing me everything without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. What really impressed me was how knowledgeable and thorough she was. Valerie took the time to explain all the nitty-gritty details, especially when it came to the financial savings, lease options, and the overall value of living here. She answered all of my questions with honesty, patience, and genuine care. Her warm, comforting presence made me feel safe, secure, and confident while considering Panorama as a potential new home. Apartment hunting can sometimes feel stressful or overwhelming, but Valerie made the entire experience feel easy, enjoyable, and exciting. Panorama Apartments is truly lucky to have a team like this—especially Valerie. I highly recommend stopping by and taking a tour!

  Natasha, Valerie, and Riley have made our stay here seamless. They have been helpful when we needed help. Cameron was also very prompt and helpful when we needed our Air conditioner fixed. Our stay here has been above expectations.

  My wife and I moved in 2 weeks ago and love it. Having parking on the floor you live on has been very easy and secure. We were able to see multiple units and picked one exactly for us. Everything is brand new and beautiful with a big fridge, gas stovetop and stacked washer and dryer in unit. Have enjoyed sunsets and sunrises on the rooftop and using their bbqs provided had been very easy. The 1st floor gym has all the necessary equipment for every workout. Do wish we had more weights on the smith machine though. Really enjoying the pelotons though on the second floor too. Everyone works here has been so amazing to us. (Riley, Natasha, Cameron, and Valerie) thank you all for welcoming us into the apartment and answering all of our questions.
