- KAKiara ArandaJul 16, 20265.0I recently moved to Ocean Villas Apartments, and I had a small issue upon moving in. The staff and the maintenance crew Jonathan & Oscar fixed it right away. They are both humble and friendly. They fixed my situation and explained to me what the problem was. They were on top of everything, and made sure my apartment was accommodated to my liking

My parents had applied 3 times for an apartment due to the fact the people at the front desk had kept saying they didn’t save the application. Then when they applied once again the management had said to wait for a message or call, we didn’t receive either one. It’s has been 3 months since they last applied. My parents had even applied before they had posted the apartment online on their website because we knew a relative who told us to apply because it was open. Incredibly terrible please don’t apply.
