She gave us invaluable advice in representing our home, and is professional, positive, courteous and encouraging every step of the way. She is available 24/7 and returns phone calls, texts and emails almost immediately – her communication skills are superb. Tina’s knowledge of the real estate process is extensive and the care she gives her clients lets you know that nothing will slip through the cracks on her end. You literally can’t go wrong with Tina!

  WOW, does not even come close to discribing the attention to details, knowledge, and professionalism, Tina Fields provided. Tina is absolutely the best and I would use her over and over again if I lived in CA. Me living in another state definatley made it more challenging, but Tina didn’t skip a beat. She was so on top of every detail. She helped me every step of the way making things easier to understand and putting up with my millions of questions. Through daily texts and calls, she had my mom’s house sold before it even hit the MLS. It was a very emotional time for me as my mother had just passed away. I had the responsibility, as Trustee of her estate, to have her house of 60 years sold. (You can imagine the stuff she had accumulated over the years.) Tina made everything run smoothly from arranging a Notary to come to my house to sign docs, to helping me find an Estate Seller. She went above and beyond all my expectations and believe me, I had a lot!! I can’t recommend Tina enough. She was a just a delight to work with and I knew I was in good hands with her. If you want someone who has your best interest at heart and works hard for you, call Tina Fields!! You won't be disappointed!!!

  We had such a great experience buying our home with Tina! She was such an important part of our home search and did an amazing job negotiating on our behalf. She was incredibly thorough when reviewing disclosures and inspection reports, and always took the time to explain everything so we felt confident every step of the way. Anytime we had questions, she was quick to respond and always happy to help, which made the whole process so much less stressful. We’re so grateful for her knowledge, professionalism, and how much she genuinely cared throughout the entire experience.
