  I have lived here for a few years and not only is pool a cool place to spend the weekend or take pictures at.. the maintenance guys are 10/10! Mauricio has been there for years and not only is knowledgeable of the appliances he comes in like a hero and solves the problem right away. Alexis is also awesome, he deserves a shout out because he is the same ! Office staff is very helpful ! Especially Yvonne! Gym is also great!

  Our Leasing agent Daisia was incredibly helpful, patient, and supportive during our move. She truly made our lives easier during this transition and we are so grateful. We love living here so far, its been excellent!

  Open Pool for the whole neighborhood, they welcome anyone to use it. Loud music, parties they don’t care. Rent over $3000 and you can not use the amenities without been overcrowded. Everyone comes on Sunday when no management. Management will send a weak email out and that’s it. They DO NOT CARE

  Disappointed in the tour process. Came in the morning, and waited to schedule a tour, and the office had a sign saying they’d be right back. Came back in the evening, and the lady said that she was fully booked out. Didn’t take any of our info down, or schedule any follow-up.

  Mauricio, is the best! So helpful, kind and fast with all maintenance issues. Most of the time he fixes all issues the same day or next day, thank you Mauricio!
