  Writing another review since they had my previous one hidden. I leased an apt here and had to get my family the hell out of that place within 3 months. The neighborhood is awful, the office staff is rude and unprofessional, and the rent is outrageous for what you get. I moved to a much better and safer place where I have some actual privacy and an in-unit washer/dryer AND my rent is now $200 cheaper. Sycamore is trash.

  Overall great apartments , I have signed two lease agreements so far , love how clean they are , quiet . Only downfall is new management, old management was GREAT always attended our needs , returned phone calls , doors unlocked during office hours . New management will have doors locked during office hours while inside and ignore the knocking on the door called 4 times no call back AT ALL , they want us to work with them to do an exchange a key yet when I go the chance I get because I get home after hours during the week they chose to ignore the knocking at the door , which makes me really upset . One of the ladies refuses to make eye contact when we pass buy nor says hello . We under stand management sometimes needs to change but I would definitely expect the same as the old management for the price we pay here.
