- CPChance PonyboyAug 24, 20261.0Gates never close security cameras in the front are a joke probably don’t even record. When asked to see footage they want a warrant even gave the cops a hard time. I park my car on purpose by those cameras.I just wanted to know how many guys came to steal my car I am a girl that works 2 jobs to keep my car. Already spent 400 in damages and now have to spend even more to get a top aline alarm system. They do not care about your safety or your property they are nice when signing but when you have a problem no help. They know exactly who is writing this so no you have a nice day!!!!
- RBRenee BrownAug 19, 20265.0I am a new resident here at Citrine Hills. I was having a problem with my A/C unit in my apartment. Jordan (Maintenance) came right over to get it back going again. In which he did but unfortunately, there was something else going on with the unit. He notified the office and vendor regarding the issue with the A/C. The unit was finally fixed as of yesterday, 8/18 & it is feeling so much better now. I would like to thank Jordan for his consistency with staying on top of the issue until it was resolved.

She was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and detail oriented throughout the entire tour. You can tell she genuinely cares about providing a great experience. If you’re touring at Citrine Hills, definitely ask for Candice. She made a lasting impression, and we truly appreciated all of her help.
