  Lived here for a week and a day. During this time we had anxiety due to paperwork issues that was not communicated with how to fix prior to moving in. Had something to do with the wrong address on one utility bill. They apologize after 3 days attempting to contact the front office regarding the issue (just 1 day prior to moving in) for that to be resolved. Overall the front office seem to be nice…. Thought that was it? Nawh. Bf has lived in Fontana all his life. Went to Indiana for only 1 year and that is where we met (I come from Indiana) finally broke the distance after he wanted to move back home to be with family again. Got this apartment. We made plans to be here at 10-10:30 the day we move in. Communicated that twice to the apartment complex. We was late and arrived around 10:30-11. They couldn’t give us the keys due to a gas leak. They surprisingly got the fixed same day and we was able to enter the apartment at 1pm. At this point with my boyfriend is pissed. He was pissed at the office due to lack of communication regarding the issue the day we moved in and basically wasted our time. I told him to give them some slack. It seem like they was understaffed and Ms. Candice seem to not only answer phone calls but also had clients the same time (MVP). We get in. Everything is fine. The smell of the gas leak was there but it aired itself out within the couple of hours. There were major problems within the apartment- big hole in the outside closet. Some of the outlet’s don’t work- when I say that, on the outlets the top plug works and the bottom ones don’t on selected outlets. This is now when I’m done giving them slack. It’s now been a week and a day. The AC went out the night prior. What had happened is that the AC was on a schedule I didn’t want. (Forcing 70F. When we was happy with 72-74) I decided to reset only the schedule settings on the thermostat. Now my AC doesn’t work found a tripped breaker and called maintenance emergency line at 6:30-7AM. I get a call saying they had a meeting at 10 so he would be here little after 10. Little past 10 Candace (honestly still feel like she is trying but has a shit ton of barriers) she asked if anyone came to the apartment. I told her no. She told me she messaged the text to get on it. I called at 11ish for the ETA (double calling the front office is the only way to get ahold of people) a girl told me the guy was working on another unit due to their AC going out and then they will come to mine they didn’t come until 2:30ish. The guy was nice and gave recommendations though. My feelings still stand. The workers are nice just understaffed and overworked. :/ for a big property with how it is, kinda crazy. Will update as we have a 14 month lease.

  This is a very family- and pet-friendly community. The area feels very safe and walkable and there are a lot of lakes with ducks and turtles :). Annabelle was very helpful with the lease process. She communicated really well with us and made sure everything went smoothly. Rayna is amazing! She’s super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We had a stressful move day and she made sure everything went smoothly for us.
