  This is a pretty good complex. They have always been attentive and polite when I’ve had to speak with management. The only down fall is that the amenities do not always work. The fire pits do not work. Almost all the grills only work with one burner. The pools are however normally clean so that’s a plus. The grounds are mostly clean for the most part as well. Overall good complex to live in.

  Sandra and her team are absolutely amazing. Always willing to go above and beyond for her tenants and truly are a bundle of joy. I’ve been here for little over 3 years and I will say I will continue on living here. Wouldn’t change it. From the Smith family we love you guys and thank you

  Both Ellis (Elizabeth and Ellie) at the office were so amazing and so helpful. I did a self tour of available unit and really liked the community and wanted to move-in by next day because of the time constraints from my previous lease. When I emailed them that I liked the community and that my application was auto-approved for a different unit number that I thought I might like which I have never toured and that I needed to move-in the same day, they started to work even before their working hours began, inspected and allowed me to tour two new units for me to choose again, processed my application at a quick pace, got the house cleaned by maintainance, and finally allowed me to move-in by the evening on the same day. They were such a responsive, kind, patient, and helpful people. Probably the best management team I've ever seen. Elizabeth and Ellie were actually also one of the important reasons why I chose this community. Having a good management always helps make lives of people in the community to be way better and peaceful and I have full faith in them.

  Very quick maintenance. He was in & out and got the job done perfect. The maintenance guys are always respectful.
