  I just moved in last week and Alyssa has been so kind, warm, and helpful from start to finish with my move-in process. She made the process completely seamless for me which was so appreciated for my cross-country move. The apartments themselves are very spacious, open, and bright and in a very convenient location. I definitely recommend the building and I am so grateful for the staff at the Grand, especially Alyssa, and her support throughout this process :)

  I love living at the Grand Apts it’s very upscale comfortable diverse inviting and secure. The staff of excellent from the cleaning crew who are always busy at work cleaning and sanitizing the communal areas to the concierge team Beth, Lashelle and the others who names I don’t know.The front desk agents Sarah and Alyssa are always so pleasant, friendly and helpful everyday and that has made me feel comfortable and welcome since I first moved in in February. Carlos is another staff member that has been very welcoming and helpful to me personally, he literally helped me with my car when I was having issues and just speaks to his character since he is also very busy here. I also would like to mention Kevin one of the maintenance workers he’s done work in my apt and is always helpful and friendly. And lastly the manager Boss Brenna she been great to me works very hard here making the building a great experience for me and I’m sure all the other residents. I hope to stay as long as possible!

  My stay at The Grand for a few years was great, and it became much better managed after SaresRegis took over a year or two ago. The building is not the newest one, but you do have everything you need in your apartment, and it's really well maintained. In my experience, all maintenance requests were solved within the same day. The building is made of concrete, and YOU WON'T HEAR YOUR NEIGHBORS, that's a big plus for me. It's also really well located, with restaurants and BART nearby, and also just a block away from Lake Merritt, which is a big plus too. The staff is also really great to work with, Alyssa went above and beyond to help me with my move-out (which I only did because I had to move cities), with no surprise fees, all very fair and straightforward. My interactions with other people from the staff were also very positive. Would recommend.

  Alyssa is the best! She made our experience from the time we toured to moving in, very comfortable and easy! We had many questions, in which she answered so well and fast! We 100% recommend requesting Alyssa when moving into the Grand. Thank you Alyssa!! 💖

  Management here goes above and beyond. Alyssa, in particular, was especially helpful in clarifying an issue I had with my parking concession that wound up saving me hundreds of dollars.
