  I cannot say enough good things about the team at 100 Grand. From day one, the staff (especially Sarah), has gone completely above and beyond to support my father and our family. Moving and settling into a new place can be incredibly stressful, but the management team here made the entire process seamless. They are attentive, profoundly understanding, and always willing to step up and ensure my father has everything he needs to feel comfortable and taken care of. The level of care, responsiveness, and genuine kindness we’ve experienced here is rare. Sarah and the rest of the staff don’t just manage a building; they truly care about the community and the people living in it.

  I’ve had a really positive experience working alongside of the staff at 100 Grand. From the leasing office to maintenance, everyone has been consistently professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Sarah, Alissa, and Breaunna in particular have been amazing—they’re always friendly, quick to respond, and go out of their way to make sure everything is taken care of. Truly living images of angels. Any questions or concerns I’ve had were addressed quickly, and they always made me feel like a valued member of the team rather than just another random mailman. It’s clear the team takes pride in their work and truly cares about the community. Highly appreciate their effort and dedication!

  The staff here, Alyssa and Sarah, are welcoming and super helpful. This is a good place for young or old professionals to live. I'm an older professional and I always felt safe and at home here.
