  I really loved my tour experience with the leasing agent AzSurde! She’s so sweet and knowledgeable, and she did an amazing job showing me around and helping me learn about the community here.

  I moved to the Links Apartments after selling the home that I raised my kids in. I made a decision to move to Oakland because I wanted the empty nest city life and looked at so many apartments trying to decide where to live and happily chose Links. It has truly been one of the best decisions ever. I absolutely love the neighborhood and I love the apartment, but what tops it all off is the staff. They have been absolutely amazing. To be a single woman, coming from a house, to have support around the house has been amazing. I can't say enough about Humberto. He is attentive and quick and has saved "my life" a few times. Really appreciative that my new chapter is here.

  I moved into the Link 412 apartments last July and have genuinely loved living here. One of the biggest factors for me was how welcoming and transparent the management team was throughout the leasing process, especially compared to other places I toured. They were very upfront about costs and made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. They are onsite and feel more like neighbors being genuinely warm and great people. I was looking for a simple setup: a bright 2-bedroom apartment with plenty of natural light, large windows, and some outdoor space. I ended up finding the perfect fit with a unit that has a wraparound patio area where I can relax outside and grow my plants, which has been amazing. The amenities have also been a huge plus with the gym, multiple outdoor common spaces, and easy access to so much options of public transportation made the decision an easy one. Anytime we’ve needed maintenance, the team has been quick to respond and very thorough with repairs. As someone who was new to the area, I really feel like we lucked out choosing Link 412 as our home. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live.
