  I had such a great experience touring Aqua Villa! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. They made the entire experience feel comfortable and genuinely enjoyable. The apartments are beautiful, spacious, with great layouts. Overall, I walked away from the tour very impressed with both the property and the sense of community. I would definitely recommend checking out Aqua Villa if you're looking for a place to call home in Oakland!

  I had such a great experience touring Aqua Via! The property is in such great condition for being almost 20 years old! I also had the opportunity to meet Bryant who was so welcoming! Sydney and Desmond helped me with my application process and answered all my questions. Can’t wait to call this place home!

  The property manager is problematic, does not care that about the tenants and gas lights continuously. As long as he is here this place will not improve nor treat you respectfully.

  I’ve really enjoyed my time at this apartment building. The building is clean, comfortable, and the amenities are always well maintained. Desmond and Sydney from the property management team are very responsive and always helpful when questions come up. I love the little details in the lobby, like the wall of cutout books. Overall, it’s been a great place to live and I appreciate the effort the team puts into creating a positive experience for residents!
