  What an amazing experience and such a great fast process here at 1919 Market street got my apartment thanks too Thalia Aguilar she has been amazing and got us through everything we needed to do and as my first time being a renter she was very helpful with everything and every step. Thank you so much Thalia!

  Thalia was amazing! She was very informative and patient, she answered all questions, very professional and took time into showing me all units I was interested in. She made me feel very confident after meeting with her in my decision with moving forward with the application. Overall she was amazing !

  I’m dividing this review into two parts to clearly distinguish my experience with the touring/leasing process from my impressions of the property itself. The five-star rating applies solely to Thalia and is not a reflection of living at 1919 Market. This review may be updated once my stay concludes should I get approved. Thalia: Thalia was outstanding. She went above and beyond, showing us every unit we were interested in and allowing us to revisit several options multiple times so we could properly compare and narrow down our choice. Throughout the process, she remained patient, professional, and genuinely invested in helping us feel confident in our decision. At no point did she show frustration, and she consistently reassured us that our questions and requests were welcome. I wish more leasing professionals approached their work with the same level of care and dedication. Property Impressions: The units themselves vary significantly. While there are some solid options depending on what you’re looking for, many of the layouts feel unusually small, and certain design choices raise questions about functionality. Some units feel more suited to storage than comfortable living spaces. My biggest concern, something Thalia has no control over, is the parking situation. Covered garage parking is priced at $250 per month, which feels excessive, especially given how underutilized the garage appears. A more reasonable price point would likely result in higher usage and greater overall value for residents. Overall: Whether this property is a good fit depends on your priorities. If you’re looking for a spacious, luxury layout with features like a full island kitchen, this likely isn’t the place for you. However, if you value a modern aesthetic, excellent soundproof windows, and are willing to compromise on space and layout, it could work.

  Update: I appreciate your reply. But you’re absolutely wrong. I did confirm even though I was not required to confirm. You sent me a reminder email. I had two options on that reminder email which was to cancel or reschedule. I didn’t have an option to “confirm” I responded to that email anyways asking if someone was going to show up and I got no response. I still came to the building and there was no one there. Also, I called 10x before my appointment and 10 minutes before my appointment with no answer. I have recipes to prove it. We spoke on the phone Marie and you agreed that you need to fix your emails that you all send. I am VERY professional and I do not play with my time or anybody else’s. Yes you did call me well AFTER the appt. My appointment was at 11:45am and you called me at 1pm and 5pm when I was already over it ! Stop playing with me. I’ve booked two tours. Traveled all the way from Stockton twice for no one to answer the phone or the doors. I am very upset !
