  This building has improved alot ,since manager Thalia the manager has been operating the building and the cleaning also loved that the manager also takes the time to help and improve 👍 all customer service .and matters residents have and has resolved them ,at once .she's a vary helpfull.person ,nice and like that she takes the time to do a great job on all changes in this building .SHE has done a great change in the property ,more clean environment, and a better environment to live here ,thank you Thalia you are doing a wonderfull job .keeping the property in good condition and leading the building as a manager .

  My mother and I really wanted to give this place a chance. I saw the negative reviews about people being ghosted after scheduling a tour, but still held hope. I should've heeded the warnings. Showed up for a 1pm tour on behalf of my mother, (which we were told was fine). I stood outside the leasing office for over an hour knocking and ringing the doorbell. I called, only to be met with various AI robots and automated messages that did nothing to help. I understand we are in the world of AI and new technology, but if your system is this buggy/faulty, it may be best to have a real person put in place handle these (according to the various negative reviews) REOCCURRING issues. Very disappointing experience :/

  What an amazing experience and such a great fast process here at 1919 Market street got my apartment thanks too Thalia Aguilar she has been amazing and got us through everything we needed to do and as my first time being a renter she was very helpful with everything and every step. Thank you so much Thalia!
