  Not only is this a great place to live, but there are great people that work here to keep it that way. Louis, our maintenance person, is awesome. He’s incredibly responsive, and always puts in the time needed do things right the first time, even when a problem turns out to be bigger than it first looked. Our new property manager here, Haley, is a pleasure to work with and is also very responsive. We’re grateful to have such kind people to call on when we need help.

  It has its ups downs like any other place what I noticed a lot of people are moving out of here they move in and out so fast I don't even know who my neighbors are anymore but basically I've lived here almost 4;yrs and it's worked out for me I plan on moving the first of the year I wanna give a big thank u for the maintenance man Luis I wanna give him 5 stars plus some he always goes out of his way to help me he's very kind and a good person I'm gonna miss him when I go

  I have been here for a little over a year and the area is great and the apartments are well maintained. I have had great experiences with the support from both management and the maintenance team whenever issues arise. Luis is amazing at responding quickly and is very knowledgeable about issues that I've had including plumbing and AC emergencies that were resolved quickly. Helen the property manager is also great at communicating whenever issues arise.

  We were looking into apartment options and came across Crooked Oak at Lima Verde Preserve. Although we are not moving in because we found a house to move to instead the management was incredibly helpful and sweet! My first experience was with the call center and they were very professional and helpful taking down all my information. Then Erin Solis, the property manager in Novato was an absolute delight and pleasure to work with. She gave me her honest opinion and helped me talk through all scenarios to help me find the best option. She answered all my questions and didn’t rush me. She then followed up with me a few days later to make sure I had all my questions and follow up questions answered. She was kind and reassuring. During this stressful time in our lives it was incredibly helpful to to talk to someone so patient, thoughtful and professional. She deserves a raise! Thank you Erin!
