  One year in Solterra is one of the best living experiences I have had. It is close to Hwy 5 ，AMC and Target. The community is quiet and peaceful. The parking spots are always sufficient. Maintenance is really quick. I absolutely love the big kitchen and the perfectly symmetric layout for its 2b2b

  I would just like to give a BIG shout out to the leasing office team and the maintenance team for immediately saving me from this “heat wave”…. My AC unit went out and they addressed it as if I was apart of their family…. They didn’t just fix the unit but replaced the unit within 2 days. If that’s not great service then I don’t know what is…. I really like the fact that Solterra Civic Center apartments takes quick action especially in times like this. I also want to address that anytime that I have had an issue in the past the office Lady’s really have come through for me.. Just wanted to take the time to acknowledge them properly and to thank them for seriously helping me out during a very hot intense week. I feel that they really went out of their way for me…!!!!!!! Excellent is all that I can say-
