  Firstly I want to start off with that they do delete all negative comments here, hence you only see the “positives”. A genuine review here, the only positive is the renovated apartments. Negatives, a big long list, expect to see police here once a week, absolutely no type of rule enforcement, expect random peoples cars in your spot. A nonexistent security guard. And maybe the biggest of all, not one part of this complex is CLEAN. Its honestly pretty highly priced, not to mention you have to pay every bill. Far to expensive to see every part of the building full of litter. Maintenance, “does” a sweep everyday allegedly, but i only ever see one of them do it, and its usually once a week, expect to see the building full of trash on the floor 5 of the 7 days of the week.

  Love the management!! Dion is not awesome but a perfect fit for this building. She the extra energy that was needed

  The office staff Wendy and Sofia are kind and efficient. When the apartment needed repairs they were very helpful. Thank you

  I used to live in a 3 bedroom house and a pool so the idea of having to move into an apartment was dreadful. However, when we arrived at park apartments we knew this is where we wanted to rent. Wendy right from the beginning was incredible. One of the kindest soul I have ever met. Henry is always friendly. Daniel is such a friendly person, always saying hi to my puppy. Overall beautiful apartments inside and outside. The noise level is loud sometimes during the day because of the kids but then again we are in times of COVID and have to understand that they are kids and filled with energy.
