My experience with Norwalk MetroPoint started off very positive. The property looked great during the initial tour, and everything seemed like it would be a good fit. However, before moving forward, we decided to do more research and read through the reviews. While there were not an overwhelming number of negative reviews, we noticed that several residents were mentioning similar concerns, which made us want to look into things further.
We decided to return for another visit and ask more detailed questions about the concerns mentioned in the reviews, including reports of roaches, security issues, and break-ins. Unfortunately, when we brought these concerns up, we felt that our questions were not answered directly and that the conversation was redirected instead of receiving clear responses.
Because of that, we decided to speak with current residents ourselves. Based on the conversations we had with residents, we were told that roach problems are still an ongoing issue, that there have continued to be break-ins in the parking areas, and that security patrol has not been effective in preventing these issues.
During our visits, we also noticed unpleasant odors in the hallways and surrounding areas, including smells similar to urine, which was concerning considering the overall appearance of the property initially gave a much different impression.
I’m sharing this review based on my personal experience visiting the property and the information we gathered by speaking with current residents. I would strongly recommend anyone considering moving here to do thorough research, ask detailed questions, and speak with residents before signing a lease.
Just don’t make the same mistake on paying for the application and holding deposit before doing ur research😅 down $350 for absolutely nothing
