  THIS MANAGEMENT GOTTA GO. Good for nothing and doesn’t do shit around here besides constantly trimming trees. Dog park doesn’t get cleaned up, they only wash it with water and that’s it, Infected with insects. Elevators are super slow constantly broken, hallways are smelly, there’s so many homeless ppl outside and some even come inside the buildings, ROACHES everywhere they come through the pipes, A/C is leaking , also it’s pretty dark at night. They started to charge for parking around the building which is absurd. Workers here are very unprofessional and not polite at all. One dude barge into our apartment without a prior notice while we’re still inside. It’s an old building (1989) with poor pipe lines, infrastructure and amenities. It’s not worth the price at all.

  Place was nice at first, moved in, issues with the previous company and new company took over. Had high hopes for the new management to clean up the property. Was so wrong, roach infestation till this day, roaches just move over apartments after fumigating, submitted several request but that doesn’t solve the problem. They change maintenance personnel constantly that the new ones that are currently as the maintenance personnel are as bad as management with their attitudes and messy work. Property manager and all the personnel that currently work here are something else, I don’t feel safe and having my children in the common areas is a no for us. I just can’t wait to get out of here. This place has caused mental stressed due to break ins, roach infestation and dealing with uncomfortable situations with the staff. Not the luxury apartments that they make it seem. They are just money hungry and don’t care about their tenants. Too much money for a shit hole. Too many neighbors moving out for the same reason, yet so many stupid people not reading the reviews and still choose this place to move in.
