  My daughter and I toured this complex yesterday. The property is beautifully maintained with a resort aesthetic. This complex is also very community oriented while also placing premium value on and consideration for the tenant's pets, which is very important to us. I found Village Pointe to be a warm, inviting and welcoming establishment. Our guide, Alyssa was AMAZING, as she was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Although we are still going though our list of residential options, Village Pointe is currently at the top of our list!

  So I have been here with my family for about four months now and I kept telling Michael and Alyssa that I was gonna write a review a minute I got here. It has been so amazing. We have been having so much fun that I completely forgot. Right now, I am here by the pool area grilling in the picnic area in this apartment they have chairs they have tables. They even have utensils in the barbecue area for you to use as long as you clean them. They have a lobby with exercise equipment, popcorn 24 hours a day or until it gets finished that me and my son love. Because these are garden importance or gardening homes, that’s exactly what I was looking for when I take my dog out for a walk. It’s so green there’s little squirrels everywhere and it’s amazing you know how sometimes staff is nice when you’re just gonna come in if forget about you or not my friend and amazing and everybody else that is in here from the Maintenance to the gardeners to everybody else is great. This is a great place. This is a great client and we own three blocks away from my son. This place is the best thank you guys.

  Michael made our entire move in experience awesome. He was extremely experienced in what he does and if we had any concerns he eased our concerns right away. I believe if you are looking for great apartment living you should make Village Pointe your new home.

  Michael in the leasing office was so welcoming and kind! He helped me through the whole process, touring, applying, moving in, etc! On move in day he also left this sweet welcome home gift. Since moving in, it’s been so quiet and peaceful here. So glad I moved here!
