  Very disappointing experience with this property management team. They kept a large portion of my security deposit and made several deductions that did not seem reasonable. They claimed the carpet smelled like spices and charged me for a full carpet replacement. I asked multiple times whether the carpet was actually replaced and requested proof, but they refused to provide any evidence. I also questioned why the carpet could not be professionally cleaned with water extraction or deep cleaning before replacing it, but I never received a clear answer. Several other charges also seemed excessive and poorly justified. Overall, the move-out process was not transparent, and I felt my deposit was unfairly withheld. I would not recommend this property. Be sure to take detailed photos and keep records before moving out.

  We recently moved into Villagio Apartments, and so far we’ve had a wonderful experience! Karen made the entire application and move-in process so easy and stress-free. She was always helpful, responsive, and made sure all of our questions were answered along the way. The community is very clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and we’re really loving our new apartment. Anytime we’ve had a question or concern, the staff has been attentive and quick to help. It’s been a great experience so far, and we’re excited to continue calling Villagio home. Highly recommend!

  My partner and I recently moved into the Villagio apartments and we really love our new place! Jenny and the rest of the management team have helped us immensely during our move. She has followed up with us regularly to make sure we are happy with our apartment and has addressed any concerns we had in a very timely fashion. If there was an issue, she made sure it was resolved the next day. Jenny has been extremely kind and is one of the many reasons we’re glad we made the decision to move here.

  Have lived at Villagio over a decade and enjoy the personnel who take care of the community and the available units: the gym, the video and conference rooms and the pool outdoor units. An amazing atmosphere in which to live, laugh and enjoy...

  The management here is great! They are always friendly and helpful. Davit, Emily and Jose make this an amazing lace to live!
