  Terrible manager Jennifer, never deal with her or let your appartment assigned to her. My lease is ending this month, she start calling and threating me that I did not sigh the 30 day notice that she never sent to me. Very rude and unprofessional for elderly employee, looks like she never worked with people or had any legal experience as a management position. Because I have total legal right to send my own 30 day notice, that I did and have all proofs on hands. I had some routine issues during lease, but never received such awkward behavior as I had from Jennifer. She is not a good person and also a bad manager for appartment, zero awareness about legal regulations regarding lease property. But overall Karina is perfect, always kind and supportive, That's a professional in the team. Just objective opinion regarding my 1 year lease in this appartments

  Horrible Management. I ended my lease in June 2025 due to a SEVERE roach infestation (please do not live here at all, I never write reviews but this was horrible.) and recently LADWP told me I owed HUNDREDS of $$ in electricity charges since the apartment manager never shut off the electricity in my name. I tried to email the management to report the issue since they have to work with me on this, but they refused to cooperate and have failed to respond to my recent emails. This is ridiculous. Do not live here. I have photos of dead roaches on the countertops and IN THE FREEZER. It is a health hazard and this building continues to have infestation issues to this day.
