  I had an amazing experience with the management team here and just had to share! Vince (Service Manager) is incredibly responsive and makes sure any maintenance issues are handled quickly and professionally. Ashley (Property Manager) truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable and valued—she runs the community with care and attention to detail. And Jenny (Leasing Consultant) is super friendly, helpful, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. It’s rare to find a team that genuinely cares, but this group absolutely does. They make living here such a great experience. Highly recommend this community if you’re looking for a place with top-tier management!

  Lassen Village Apartment has provided a good overall experience with their service. The staff is helpful, professional, and usually responds in a timely manner whenever there is an issue or concern. The maintenance team does a solid job addressing requests, and the management works to keep the property organized and comfortable for residents. Their customer service makes living here more convenient and stress-free. Overall, I appreciate their effort and service.

  We moved out of our apartment about 6 months ago, after living there for about 7 years. We truly loved having our home there and just needed to be closer to our jobs, otherwise we would have stayed. Ashley is a very kind property manager and was always gracious with our concerns and needs. Vincent, the lead for maintenance, was especially helpful. He was always committed to doing his best for us, even with the small things. His team was always very kind and respectful when in our unit. We appreciated having such a comfortable and reliable place to live for so long.
