  I highly recommend staying at Cypress Point Apartments. It is a great location for CSUN students. Asha, the building manager, is very quick to respond, and help out with requests. I stayed in a 1 bedroom on the ground floor, and as a woman living alone I felt safe. Also, the rent was reasonable.

  Initially, I thought I would only live here for about a year, but I’m now into my 10th year living at Cypress Point Apartments. The onsite manager, Asha, is professional and friendly. She is extremely responsive and, I believe, genuinely cares about the comfort and safety of the residents. The building is clean and well maintained, and when repairs are needed, Tomas, gets out quickly and takes care of it. There are a mixture of different ages and people are friendly and considerate. Overall, it has been a very positive experience living here and I would recommend it without reservation to a friend.

  This place is amazing! They are always on top of whatever you need. Asha is very attentive to requests, issues or just being the friendly face of cypress pointe. 10 out of 10 would recommend this place to anyone.

  I’ve lived here since 2017 and it’s an amazing place, I love it. I love the neighborhood and I love how well maintained the building is. I appreciate the fact that any issues I have are taken care of right away. Manager Asha is very attentive. Would recommend friends and family. :)
