  There's no safety measure on the elevator door when it closes. There's no sensors so if some child could be playing and get in between the door and it would literally crush them to death. But other than that, yeah sure it's a cool place. Maybe get some free weights?.

  I have been contemplating writing a review on this place, but if it means saving someone else's time and money then this will be worth it. I have been living here for almost a year now, and may I say this place is a huge disappointment. When I first moved into my unit it was disgusting!! I spent so much time just cleaning it, and it's not no regular cleaning you need to do when you move in. NO! it was cleaning I had to do because it appeared that no one had cleaned this unit for years. Closet door, inside the closet, walls, bathroom, all just black and dusty. There is a wine cooler in the units and mine was full of dust. Let me also not forget the in the wall AC unit that had a disgusting filter that I had to ask two different times if I could get a new filter as the one I had started blowing black dust onto my bed. The elevator problem was a joke. It stopped working in July 2024 and didn't get fixed till January 2025. All we kept getting are emails saying it will be fixed on a certain day, and it was never actually fixed on the day provided. It was not until another tenant reached out and got ahold of corporate where the elevator was magically their priority. The building is dirty and dusty all the time. Some of the tenants just don't care and make this place even worse. I reached out to management here multiple times via email regarding issues and all my emails go unnoticed where I actually had to go to them in person and ask them if their email is working. Issues never actually get resolved here. They do not care for what you have to deal with and only want you to submit your rent on time or else you will be penalized for it. Clearly as you seen in their response to one of the reviews "This would not occur if rent was paid on time. The lease agreement between the landlord and the tenant states that rent is due on the 1st, and we give a grace period to pay. The team is following the rent collection policy." Yet nothing else per the lease agreement is followed. The following that is on the lease are definitely not followed or maintained "Smoking, quiet enjoyment". PLEASE PLEASE spend the extra bucks and find a peaceful place because this is not it. Even as the older tenants that I see around have always told me that this place is terrible.

  If you want peace, cleanliness, professionalism, respect. DONT MOVE HERE. It's owned by an investment company so that should tell you something. It's ALL ABOUT MONEY. They don't care AT ALL about residents. They hire incompetent puppets for the office who do anything they say despite how vile it may be. They recently decided it's better to shame residents by putting personal information taped to their door for all to see. It's "the new policy" apparently. This is probably the worst "managed" property I've ever lived at. I've only been here for three years and have seen 7 different managers hired, fired or quit. Anyone doing the job correctly is told they care too much and/or are "getting too close to residents" (this is a direct quote) Don't be fooled by the photos online, they're not up to date. Save your sanity and live elsewhere. Update: I have ALWAYS paid my rent on time. That's something I take VERY seriously. I, however, was hit with a hefty balance due to being charged incorrectly one month. I also advise against having your rent on automatic payment because there WILL be errors in your charges that you may not catch. Take a tour and talk to any resident and they'll tell you the truth. This place has a high turnover because people just don't want to stay. In three years I've seen so many come and go. Which sucks because the apartments themselves so cute (I love mine) but the lack of up keep on the property, and attitude of management makes you want to leave.
