  Five stars. Zero hesitation. The best measure of a leasing office isn't the granite countertops or the square footage. It's whether the people treat you like a name or a unit number. At Norco Valley Square, we've been lucky. I want to personally thank Community Manager Jessica Orosco and Leasing Consultants Nancy Gallegos and Valerie Amescu. Jessica has a near-photographic memory and turns it toward the community. Helping us settle in one afternoon, she read the whole apartment at a glance, catching ten small details the way an art historian reads every dot on a Seurat. Nancy and Valerie are the reason we're here, showing us the place with a patience I still think about, fielding every question and walking us through every corner. The community matches the people who run it: the cleanest complex I've lived in, with Pilates classes and food-truck nights that draw a real crowd. Louie's Smokin' BBQ is worth skipping your meal prep for. Best of all is the culture. Here, a stranger will say good morning before you do, and the rare exception only makes the contrast clearer. You can build amenities. You can't build that. I've never had it anywhere I've lived before.

  Alex was the person who showed us around, and she made the entire experience wonderful. Her communication was excellent, and she was always on top of everything. She was very thorough, paid great attention to detail, and made the whole process simple and stress-free. Alex answered all of our questions, was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional, and made us feel right at home from the start. We just moved in and couldn't be happier with the experience so far. I would definitely recommend this place, and if you have any questions, be sure to ask for Alex!

  I have been working in the property management business for over 8 years and I have to admit, I'm a heavy critic for customer service. We came in to tour a future home for my best friend and I have to admit Valerie and Geren are the best in the business. They made the tour process so easy and I'm proud to say my friend will be moving in! If you're looking for a clean quiet community with amazing Amenities! this is exactly where you need to be!
