  Prayers answered thanking God! Thank you to Valerie, Nancy and Jaren! Welcoming my son Elijah and I and Kona! We love our new home! We just have somethings to be fixed kitchen light broken and pest control for the ants and bugs. Minor things to fix in the apt. This place is so Beautiful the scenery of the horses and peacocks and roosters just love. We saw an eagle fly above us that was a sign. Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere we needed our family. Thank you for everything looking forward seeing everything in the club house walking around feeling safe at last security. God bless you all Tammie, Ryan and Kona.

  I am very disappointed with the management at this property. The leasing office seems focused entirely on bringing in new residents rather than supporting the people who already live here. Despite being here for months, there is still no assigned parking, which directly violates what was promised. My spouse is currently managing a serious health condition, and because there are never open spaces near our building after 4 PM, she is forced to walk long distances across the property in extreme heat. While management has sent updates calling this issue an urgent focus, there has been no actual progress. Additionally, common amenities like the dog park are poorly maintained and falling apart, which is unacceptable given the high cost of living here. The property itself looks nice, but the current management makes it impossible to recommend moving here.

  Apartments are nice, quiet, my only complaint is the parking situation. There are so many commercial vehicles parked you will probably not find parking near your unit, which can suck. Otherwise things are kept nice and tidy and my problems have been promptly addressed

  Norco Valley Square I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Norco Valley Square and the wonderful experience I have had living here. This is truly an outstanding development that combines comfort, convenience, and a strong sense of community. From the moment I moved in, I have been impressed by the beautiful grounds, well-maintained facilities, and the overall quality of the property. The management and staff are professional, friendly, and always willing to help whenever assistance is needed. Their dedication to keeping the community safe, clean, and welcoming is evident every day. One of the things I enjoy most about living here is the peaceful atmosphere and the opportunity to be surrounded by such kind and respectful neighbors. The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping, dining, and other local amenities, making daily life both convenient and enjoyable. As a resident, I am grateful to call Norco Valley Square home. It has exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-managed, and welcoming place to live.   It means a lot to be able to call Norco Valley Apartments home. This process was smooth, organized, and stress-free from start to finish. I especially want to recognize Gerren for going above and beyond. He was caring, helpful, and truly passionate about making sure everything went well. He took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me informed throughout the process, and made me feel welcomed from day one. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the residents the way Gerren does. If you're looking for a place with great management and a team that treats you with respect, I highly recommend Norco Valley Apartments!
