From walking them through all their escrow documents, to answering my own phone when it rings, to patiently addressing any and all questions a client may have, to cheering with them over the phone when their file records, I do all I can to focus on the people, not just the numbers, in every transaction. I handle all manner of residential escrows and light commercial properties. No file is too complicated, and I am relentless in overcoming any obstacle to reach a successful close.
