- RCrichard castonSep 1, 20251.0Very very very poor management here they’re awful black mold and all the apartments whole building is infested with cockroaches and other bugs disgusting management and maintenance does not care you will be living in unlivable living conditions do not live here do not rent from here you have better luck staying at a hotel disgusting disgusting place

I contacted the management at The Canyons at Santa Clarita to inquire about availability through apartment.com within 24 hours Rae Lynn called me to follow up I went to her office to get info and she was not only helpful but extremely professional and friendly telling me what documents I needed to bring. Today 8/4/21 I went back with the papers she asked for and she immediately input my info into her system to see if I would qualify for one of the units. I will be moving in next month. Thank you Rae Lynn for making the process easy and fast.

Go to Yelp to see everything that is wrong in this apartment. I'm still waiting for someone other than the manager to contact me. Save yourself the headache and mental stress this building brings. Our pool has been closed and they won't open it till the end of summer. Ridiculous!
