  Hello, Today, I needed to obtain a master insurance policy for a member refinancing their home. Typically, this can be a long and sometimes frustrating request. But, Bernice today was truly amazing. Not only was I greeted in a friendly, professional manner, but, Bernice had the document to me in less than 5 minutes. Anyone working in the mortgage industry knows that's a very quickly turnaround time.
