  We are a home owner at the LIdo Isle Condo's in Foster City. When I have a question about the HOA and the property, I email or call Tiffany Williams and she gets back to me within a timely manner and always has an answer for me. It is good to have a reliable contact that I can count on. Thanks Tiffany!

  We are new home owners at mission village, union city and was looking for help with parking permit, pool key , and other info. Reached out 'Elida Zamarripa' at our HOA office. She helped us with right information on time. Express service/support and very friendly.

  This review is for Cathy and the HOA. I received a fine for violation of parking due to lack of communication from Cathy. In 6/26, I responded via email to Cathy regarding my violation and gave a corrective action plan to mitigate the issue and avoid a hearing. Afterward, I have not heard back from Cathy on the issue matter, and if a hearing is still needed. Thus, I assume my letter was sufficient to address the issue. However, I received a call from Cathy today stating that the board has decided to press further action on the issue and will issue a fine, which caught me by surprise. To start off, when she called, she didn’t have correct information, claiming we are the tenant when we are the owner, that we have two cars, only one, and didn’t have the exact info on the car. Then she had to call back. To make the story short, yes, giving that there’s a violation, proper and effective communication need to happen to give people a fair chance to address it. Lastly, I still haven’t received a email response from her on where on the CC&R that I can find the fine/amount policy and steps HOA takes to address policy violation.
