  I've been living at Alderwood Park Apartments for just over a year and recently renewed my lease for another year. As someone who lived in apartments most of my life, living in one with a great property manager and maintenance worker makes all the difference. This review is to highlight our property manager (Lenny) and our maintenance worker. Lenny is very kind and friendly. She often communicates to the community about any upcoming issues and notices through email which helps me plan around any possible occurrences that could impact me. I want to bring up my recent experience with submitting a few work orders (which can easily be submitted using the Loft Living app). My work orders were for nothing major, but big or small, they promptly addressed them. I put in a request to change out some exterior bulbs of our unit and parking space. While the bulbs got changed out, the issue wasn't resolved. It turns out there was an electrical issue. I thought at this point the issue is bigger than we anticipated and it would never get resolved, however, Lenny scheduled an electrician to come out and fix the issue! Now both my building and parking spot are well lit. Lenny went above and beyond, even for a non-urgent issue. I am very thankful to be here now and look forward to the upcoming year.

  The best complex I have ever resided at. Not only is it because the property has been transparent about my rate for every renewal period, but Lenny is an amazing Community Manager. She is one of the nicest and most considerate individuals I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know. I wished my friends understood me as well as Lenny does. Even when I was missing everyone I everything I ever knew, she was there to make me laugh and be a positive influence in my life. When it came to appliance repairs or any other concerns, Lenny was accommodating and goal-oriented. I will miss being a resident at this complex 100% because of Lenny!

  I was really happy while living here. Perfect location, friendly neighbors & Horacio was great whenever i had a question.
