  I had the pleasure of touring Mar at Laurel recently, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed—but what truly stood out was the exceptional service from Dania, the property manager. She was incredibly nice, attentive, and knowledgeable, making me feel welcomed and comfortable throughout the entire tour. Dania answered all my questions with patience and genuine care. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor really elevated the experience. If you're considering Mara Laurel, I highly recommend reaching out to Dania—you’ll be in great hands!

  We recently moved here, and I want to say we love it. Such a comfortable and quiet place. Dania Sandoval is an excellent manager at these properties, she explained every detail so well. we're more than happy to live this experience in our new home. Thank you Dania for making this come true for our little family.

  I never moved here but the previous manager around a month ago told me I could start the process before they beat me to it and pay just the aplication fee $60 and deposit fee $100 and totally refundable if I didn’t finish the process and ended up going elsewhere I trusted and did the process, then later on when in person bc I never ended up moving here waiting for my money back to the card I originally paid with, I gave it time after time until I was able to speak to the new manager so he said and told me they would only refund the 100 amount, asked me for my address to send a check, never received anything back seemed I was scammed? It’s so weird bc I didn’t expect that since I was going to do the process in person and met the people, still waiting for my money!! I can’t just give out free money to apartments I’m applying for and this situation is super stressful already.Still no refund !! Wow don’t pay anything until sure you’re moving in and speaking with the managers does not resolve anything ..
