    At Christmas of 2025 an large oak tree fell at the pool: over six months later the Security Fence is still damaged which allowed homeless people to gain access to use the shower and bathroom: the jacuzzi jets still don’t work, the roof to the pool equipment shed has not been repaired: numerous attempts to request answers from the ownership group has gone unanswered, onsite management is told by owners “repairs are out for bid or back ordered”. .. for Six Months??? Towpath Village is a lovely place, it would seem that residents and onsite management value the property more than the owners??
