  The Manzone team is awesome! They immediately understood what we were looking for in a home and leveraged their deep knowledge and extensive relationships in the area to help us. They were diligent and detail-oriented through the negotiation phase. And they even set us up with a reliable handyman to make some fixes after we closed. I recommend them without hesitation!

  I worked with Leslie and Michele on selling my first home. Coming into the process, I had a lot of questions and unknowns, and they were always patient about guiding me through every step of the process from staging to closing. I appreciate how data driven they are, which is especially important in a tough market for sellers -- they always had comps ready whenever we were considering a pricing decision. We arrived at a realistic sale price that I was also happy with. And second, the Manzones are highly proactive and have a great "ground game" -- this was critical for me since I was no longer living in the Napa area when I sold the house. Leslie and Michele coordinated everything from minor repairs to staging to contractor inspections, and went truly above and beyond by coordinating a move of some last remaining items to storage. They also helped me negotiate a sale of my outdoor furniture. It was such a relief to know that these things were in good hands! I'm happy to have completed a successful sale, and can heartily recommend the Manzones to anyone considering selling a home!

  Working with The Manzone team was the best decision my family and I ever made! We inherited my mom’s house after her passing. Selling a childhood home and losing a parent is a stressful situation. Leslie and Michele made the process so much easier. They met with us multiple times and were great at listening to all family members. They were professional, communicative and managed the sale of the house with me in another state. Throughout the process Leslie and Michele was extremely communicative. They promptly answered calls, keeping us informed with every development. My family and I appreciated your patience and expertise. Your insight was extremely valuable and I cannot imagine working with another realtor. The Manzone team consistently went above and beyond during a difficult journey. They personally showed me several houses so I could get a better understanding of what I was looking for, and answered my calls and texts no matter what day or time it was to make sure I was comfortable and answer questions throughout the process.
