  The worst office staff and maintenance crew. Until now, there is an unfinished maintenance job inside the unit since it was started in April. Will from Maintenance promised to be back on a Monday to complete it but never did. All the staffing office had been doing was to write up a job order on top of the other orders. Can't wait to get out of here!

  Going on our 2nd year here and we love it! The pool, park, and dog park are our favorites!

  So far: a good condition of the units. There are additional parking spots for your second car beside the designated one for each apartment. They have a nice club house with arcade machines like Street Fighter, American Football and Pac Man. Billiard is a great addition. Kids playground is very small but works in some cases. The management is very nice, responsive and helpful. Overall its a nice place and the problems are minor. I can definitely recommend this apartment complex for rent. Its a safe neighbourhood!

  Such a great experience! I was interested to find out more about the community in person. It started with a call. I applied, then I have my keys! Kenzraeli (or K) helped me from beginning to the end. She was very warm, welcoming and genuine. She and Passion were quick to respond to my many inquiries and very patient. They made me feel taken care of. As for the residence, I love it's location first and foremost. It was important for me to be residing close to my children' schools and it is just a plus that we are close proximity to retail stores. My residence (or unit) looks brand new and the community area has a hotel feel to it. Overall, the community is very clean and safe.
