  My family and I are incredibly grateful for our experience at Hawthorn Village. Resident Manager Ariana Ramirez made a lasting impression on us by taking the time to understand our circumstances during the application process and helping our family secure a home when we needed it most. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to look beyond the numbers are something we will always remember. I would also like to thank Diana, the management team, and the maintenance staff for their dedication and professionalism. What stood out most was their genuine care for residents and their commitment to addressing concerns and continuously improving the community. We leave with great appreciation for all their support, and if we ever return to the area, Hawthorn Village will be our first choice.

  The worst office staff and maintenance crew. Until now, there is an unfinished maintenance job inside the unit since it was started in April. Will from Maintenance promised to be back on a Monday to complete it but never did. All the staffing office had been doing was to write up a job order on top of the other orders. Can't wait to get out of here!

  So far: a good condition of the units. There are additional parking spots for your second car beside the designated one for each apartment. They have a nice club house with arcade machines like Street Fighter, American Football and Pac Man. Billiard is a great addition. Kids playground is very small but works in some cases. The management is very nice, responsive and helpful. Overall its a nice place and the problems are minor. I can definitely recommend this apartment complex for rent. Its a safe neighbourhood!
