They deducted $185 from our security deposit for minor dust and normal move-out conditions, despite the property being left clean and pictures taken. They also provided an exaggerated cleaning checklist that does not reflect legal tenant requirements in California. Take detailed photos and videos at move-in and move-out—you may need them as they will make you pay for having the place ready for new tenants.
