  I have had such a wonderful experience with The Park on Washington apartments in Murrieta. The leasing and maintenance staff are absolutely incredible. From day one, they have been welcoming, highly professional, and genuinely attentive to any needs or questions that come up. The style of the apartments is another major highlight. The layout is beautiful, modern, and designed with a great sense of style that makes it feel like home the moment you walk in. The overall aesthetic is clean and contemporary. If you are looking for a beautiful place to live with a team that truly cares about their residents, I highly recommend checking out The Park on Washington.

  I'm so excited to be at The Park! While going through a very difficult life transition, Tyler, Taylor Ann, Jerica (my sincerest apologies if I misspelled her name) have been so very kind, professional and just all around amazing. I did visit one property right before The Park, that had my son and I not made one last stop, I'm positive I would have been at the other property as they were equally fantastic. HOWEVER, The Park and staff checked all my boxes for a new residence. My fur baby also approved and still approves. I'm sure it helps that they "spoil" him with love AND treats when he visits the office. The entire community has been warm and welcoming I don't think I could have selected a better place for our new residence. Thank you to the entire staff for helping me make The Park home and making it an easy decision. Beyond grateful and I feel very blessed. ~D

  Andy, Taylor, Tyler, Chris, and Jerica are the best! They make an incredible management team. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Moving here was a breeze thanks to their help. They even invited me to the Summer Splash event, where I had an amazing time getting to know them and meeting my new neighbors. I couldn’t have asked for a better welcome to the community!

  Jerica was the best ever! She made the whole process so easy! She was always going above and beyond for me and making sure all my questions were answered as well as keeping me up to date on everything involving the unit that I wanted! If you’re thinking of living here ask for Jerica she’s genuinely so amazing and really wants the best for you and your needs! I have loved living at The Park so far! Thank you Jerica for everything you have done during this process!
