  Norma, Cameron and Orlando are absolutely amazing. they've been super kind and friendly and very helpful throughout our moving process and after moving in because this is my first time living in an apartment. They've made things very easy to understand. They've been very helpful with any questions I have had asked and take care of things right away. Definitely if you're looking for a quality place to live with the right management, this is the place.

  Living here has been such a great experience. The community is beautiful, the amenities feel like a resort, and the staff genuinely cares about the people who live here. Every interaction I’ve had with the leasing team has been thoughtful, friendly, and personal — the kind of service that makes you feel like you’re part of a neighborhood, not just a building. The pool, BBQ areas, fire pit, recreation room, gym, dog park, and the overall grounds are all kept in amazing condition, and it truly feels like coming home to a vacation setting every day. What stands out most, though, is the way the team pays attention and goes out of their way to help when you need it. That level of kindness and customer care is rare, and it makes all the difference. I’m really grateful to live here.

  First, the positives...this is a visually beautiful property in a generally peaceful and well-located area. At a glance, it offers the kind of environment many people are looking for when choosing a place to settle. That said, it’s important to go in with clear expectations. The construction quality leaves room for improvement. The walls are extremely thin, which means everyday living, normal conversations, family time, or even moderate volume, can easily carry between units as mentioned in several other reviews. That’s not necessarily unusual for apartment living, but it is more noticeable here than in many comparable communities I've lived. From a community standpoint, there is a strong social dynamic that may not suit everyone. It can feel somewhat cliquish, and there’s a tendency for some residents to be overly attentive to what others are doing rather than focusing on their households. For individuals or families who prefer privacy and a “live and let live” environment, this may stand out. It’s also worth noting that majority of the members of management appear to live on-site, which is not always typical. While this can be positive in some respects, it can also contribute to a feeling that the line between professional oversight and resident life is less defined. As with any apartment community, a baseline level of shared living awareness is expected. However, it would benefit everyone if there were a bit more mutual understanding that apartment living comes with reduced privacy compared to single-family homes and even more here due to its built. Holding others to standards that exceed what is typical in a shared living environment can contribute to unnecessary tension. Likewise, expectations that do not align with everyday apartment living may unintentionally create friction among residents. A more effective approach would be for management to verify concerns prior to initiating outreach, ensuring that any communication is based on accurate information and aligns with established guidelines regarding when activity is considered a violation or disturbance. This also helps minimize misunderstandings that may arise from unconfirmed reports or actions that could be perceived as overly attentive to residents’ private spaces. On a more positive note, the maintenance team deserves recognition, they are consistently professional, efficient, and focused on their work. In short: this is a nice property with strong visual appeal and a good location, but prospective residents should be prepared for thin construction and a socially active community dynamic. Given the relatively small size of the community, it can sometimes feel as though there is heightened awareness of others, making it especially important to maintain mutual respect for those who enjoy their privacy and respects others privacy within each residence.

  The leasing staff were friendly and professional. We were happily surprised, with Norma and Cameron's assistance, they were able to get our application approved in one day. Norma and Orlando were very helpful in answering our questions after we moved in. They were very pleasant whenever we called the office and patient in explaining things to us. The entire staff (including Alex in Maintenance) were friendly and responded quickly to our requests. After moving in a month ago, we wanted to thank you for making it enjoyable living here at The Max!

  I’ve had a great experience at The Max on Jefferson and would absolutely recommend it. The community is very well maintained, with clean, modern amenities and a comfortable, upscale feel throughout. The staff has been consistently professional, responsive, and easy to work with, which makes a big difference day-to-day. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and there’s a clear sense that management takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly. The location is also a strong plus—conveniently situated with easy access to shopping, dining, and major routes, while still feeling quiet and residential. Overall, The Max strikes a great balance between quality, comfort, and convenience. A solid 5-star experience.
