  We recently moved into The Max on Jefferson and couldn’t be happier with our apartment, the grounds, amenities and friendly environment. The on-site staff including leasing group and maintenance staff are professional and helpful. The small community also makes it cosy and family oriented. I highly recommend this facility.

  I've had a great experience at The Max Apartments. The property is always clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere that makes it feel like home. The apartments offer spacious floor plans with large bedrooms and plenty of room for families to live comfortably. One thing that really stands out is how family-oriented the community is. The management team does an excellent job organizing resident events and activities throughout the year, helping neighbors connect and creating a strong sense of community. The staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. The grounds are kept in excellent condition, common areas are clean, and the overall environment feels safe and inviting.
