  We lived at Sonoma Mapleton Apartments for two years and couldn't have been happier with our experience. From day one, it was clear this community is well-managed and genuinely cared for. The atmosphere is always quiet and peaceful — exactly what you want when you have a family. We always felt completely safe, and our kids had a great time enjoying everything the community has to offer. It truly felt like a place where families thrive. The grounds are immaculate. No matter the time of year, the landscaping and common areas were always clean, well-kept, and inviting. It's the kind of place you're proud to call home. Maintenance deserves a special shoutout — any time we submitted a request, it was handled promptly and professionally. No long waits, no excuses — just fast, quality work every time. If you're looking for a safe, clean, and family-friendly community in Murrieta, Sonoma Mapleton Apartments on Mapleton Ave is absolutely worth checking out. We highly recommend it!

  After two wonderful years at Sonoma, I can honestly say this place exceeded every expectation we had. From day one, the maintenance team was nothing short of outstanding. Every request was handled promptly and professionally — whether we were home or not, we never once had to worry. Things got fixed, replaced, and maintained without us having to follow up or stress about it. That kind of reliability means everything when you have a family depending on you. What truly set Sonoma apart, though, was the community. The team here genuinely cares — and it shows. Movie nights, food trucks, community events that seemed to happen every week — there was always something fun going on that brought neighbors together. At the same time, this was hands down one of the quietest and safest places we've ever called home. That balance is rare, and Sonoma nailed it. This place didn't just feel like an apartment — it felt like home. A real home. The kind my family and I will never forget. Leaving was incredibly bittersweet, and we could tell the Sonoma team felt it too. That says everything about the kind of community they've built here. Thank you, Sonoma, for two years of peace of mind, connection, and memories we'll carry with us always. Without a doubt, this is the place to be. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I haven't gone to visit yet but I will say the staff has gotten back to me quickly. If this is any indication of how they are I am interested.

  I just had to hop on and leave a review! I just moved in back in July and for one, these apartments are spacious and beautiful! I’ve looked at many apartments around the area when making the move from Riverside! & this one tops all the ones I’ve seen. The ceilings are high, both bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, the living room and kitchen are a great size. They recently just did so much work to the community, from painting buildings to landscaping! It’s beautiful! Not to mention, Every staff I have encountered has just been wonderful! I’m definitely looking forward to releasing another year when that time comes! Gina was wonderful in assisting us in getting our apartment that we can now call home. Briana is always kind and welcoming, she has answered any questions I have had as this is my first time leasing a place! Don’t get me started on the maintenance crew, BLAKE AND CHRIS! They’re wonderful. I’ve heard horror stories of people never getting their maintenance request resolved at other apartments but you won’t get that issue at Sonoma! I’ve never had to wait longer than a day and everything has gotten resolved same day. Yesterday, we had no hot water, I put in a request and the next day, completely resolved. Any other request I’ve had, resolved. I am just so thankful! Not to mention, they’re sweet to my dog who is just a reactive timid big baby but means no harm. I just had to get on here to review because I am beyond grateful for the staff here and it’s been extremely wonderful thus far!! I even got a card and candy for my birthday! Thank you all so much! Thank you all for everything you do!!
