  Sonoma at Mapleton is truly a unique place to live. One of the things that makes this community stand out is the beautiful landscaping and mature trees throughout the property. The trees add so much beauty, character, and charm, creating a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere that you don’t find at every apartment community. There’s something special about coming home and being surrounded by such beautiful, well-established landscaping. The property has a character of its own, and the natural beauty really sets Sonoma apart. It’s more than just an apartment; it feels like a community with personality, charm, and a beautiful environment to call home.

  We lived at Sonoma Mapleton Apartments for two years and couldn't have been happier with our experience. From day one, it was clear this community is well-managed and genuinely cared for. The atmosphere is always quiet and peaceful — exactly what you want when you have a family. We always felt completely safe, and our kids had a great time enjoying everything the community has to offer. It truly felt like a place where families thrive. The grounds are immaculate. No matter the time of year, the landscaping and common areas were always clean, well-kept, and inviting. It's the kind of place you're proud to call home. Maintenance deserves a special shoutout — any time we submitted a request, it was handled promptly and professionally. No long waits, no excuses — just fast, quality work every time. If you're looking for a safe, clean, and family-friendly community in Murrieta, Sonoma Mapleton Apartments on Mapleton Ave is absolutely worth checking out. We highly recommend it!

  After two wonderful years at Sonoma, I can honestly say this place exceeded every expectation we had. From day one, the maintenance team was nothing short of outstanding. Every request was handled promptly and professionally — whether we were home or not, we never once had to worry. Things got fixed, replaced, and maintained without us having to follow up or stress about it. That kind of reliability means everything when you have a family depending on you. What truly set Sonoma apart, though, was the community. The team here genuinely cares — and it shows. Movie nights, food trucks, community events that seemed to happen every week — there was always something fun going on that brought neighbors together. At the same time, this was hands down one of the quietest and safest places we've ever called home. That balance is rare, and Sonoma nailed it. This place didn't just feel like an apartment — it felt like home. A real home. The kind my family and I will never forget. Leaving was incredibly bittersweet, and we could tell the Sonoma team felt it too. That says everything about the kind of community they've built here.   My fiance and I have lived here for awhile now and we love living here however we have noticed some issues regarding issues. Almost a year ago ( 9 months ago) our assigned community mailbox was vandalized and 9 months later it's still damaged and we as tenants that are assigned to use it are not getting updates on when the mailbox will be replaced. Also we are paying over $ 1,600 for us not to receive mail that we dont have to relay on the Leasing office to be open ( if the mailbox was the property of the United States Postal Services the mailbox would be fix soon after the report was reported).Other issues are not being able to access the amenities that are included due to them breaking down ( gym equipment ) or them not unlockig the pool area when the poil is open. we live in a gated community and I have noticed that after hours ou one of our main gates doesn't get closed at night.

  Gina went above and beyond in making my experience easy, pleasant, and was extremely efficient and professional from start to finish. I absolutely loved the apartment, the spacious floor plan, and the way in which the property is always well maintained. It seems like a quiet and welcoming community in a great location. I would definitely recommend Sonoma at Mapleton Apartments. The customer service was superior!
