  We lived at Sonoma Mapleton Apartments for two years and couldn't have been happier with our experience. From day one, it was clear this community is well-managed and genuinely cared for. The atmosphere is always quiet and peaceful — exactly what you want when you have a family. We always felt completely safe, and our kids had a great time enjoying everything the community has to offer. It truly felt like a place where families thrive. The grounds are immaculate. No matter the time of year, the landscaping and common areas were always clean, well-kept, and inviting. It's the kind of place you're proud to call home. Maintenance deserves a special shoutout — any time we submitted a request, it was handled promptly and professionally. No long waits, no excuses — just fast, quality work every time. If you're looking for a safe, clean, and family-friendly community in Murrieta, Sonoma Mapleton Apartments on Mapleton Ave is absolutely worth checking out. We highly recommend it!

  After two wonderful years at Sonoma, I can honestly say this place exceeded every expectation we had. From day one, the maintenance team was nothing short of outstanding. Every request was handled promptly and professionally — whether we were home or not, we never once had to worry. Things got fixed, replaced, and maintained without us having to follow up or stress about it. That kind of reliability means everything when you have a family depending on you. What truly set Sonoma apart, though, was the community. The team here genuinely cares — and it shows. Movie nights, food trucks, community events that seemed to happen every week — there was always something fun going on that brought neighbors together. At the same time, this was hands down one of the quietest and safest places we've ever called home. That balance is rare, and Sonoma nailed it. This place didn't just feel like an apartment — it felt like home. A real home. The kind my family and I will never forget. Leaving was incredibly bittersweet, and we could tell the Sonoma team felt it too. That says everything about the kind of community they've built here. Thank you, Sonoma, for two years of peace of mind, connection, and memories we'll carry with us always. Without a doubt, this is the place to be. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I haven't gone to visit yet but I will say the staff has gotten back to me quickly. If this is any indication of how they are I am interested.

  The Property Management; Briana and Amy are attentive and listen to your needs. They make sure that when their is an issue it is taken care of with Professionalism. Maintenance staff are always available and perform their duties with quality and detail. The Property is well-maintained by Andres as he works hard daily to keep the community looking beautiful. The community is quite and peaceful. The only issue is dealing with the AI agent at times, Not personable.

  The complex is nice, but it’s the staff that really gave me the first impression on how this place really is. The lady was rude and looked like she just rolled out of bed... definitely a NO GO. I’ll take my money elsewhere.
