  Very welcoming the people and caring people. The person who helped me from the very start made sure I am at home and provided and guided me everything I need to know. This person and the rest of staff are there for me to complete the renting process and submission of papers.

  They don't deserve any ⭐️. Go elsewhere. Be warned of their "baiting and switching" tactics. They showed you the apartments to choose. They then started the application and produced the receipt confirmations with the breakdown of the rent and any prorated days, set forward the move-in dates with Edison phone number for you to call and set up the account as if your application was already approved. They then introduced the government's assistance program from Murrieta city. They LIED and said this program was to CAP the future's years of rent increased and if you have bank statements of 3 months with incomes below 80K something per year. It was all needed. They then collected the application fees and the holding deposit at once and said they would get back after verification of credit scores a day later. They NEVER did. You have to be the ONE going after them. They then LIED AND LIED about the government's assistance program that required additional details of all your assets if you wanted the same apartment. The initial quote was nearly 300 USD less than their "normal prices" for the same apartment you had picked. They HAD NEVER INFORMED the big differences in pricing. This WASN'T THE 1ST TIME I HAD SUCH UNSCRUPULOUS LOW CLASSES OF BUSINESS'S DEALINGS WITH THEM. Few years ago, it happened similarly about their STUPIDITIES of not HONORING their words and twisting the story with "snake tongues" of theirs. I left and NEVER RETURNED. This year's, I wasn't sure whether it was the same crooks until I arrived and started the tours inside the apartment complexes with new and nice gestures as if they had changed. It turned out that you CAN NEVER TEACH OLD DOGS NEW MANNERS TO BEHAVE AFTER ALL. I wrote a letter to the young inexperienced leasing agent requesting her to forwards to the CEO and the management's team members regarding to the UNWISELY Tricks and Cheating preying on vulnerable seniors. They returned all the money they collected at the beginning. PERIOD. RESPONDING TO THE DUMBED SWITCHING TACTICS FROM MANAGEMENT'S TEAMS MEMBERS: Talks about "TRANSPARENCY" application's processing, it was more like 12AM at midnight to me. I showed my banker their receipts of apartment PRICINGS breakdown. She asked where did they stated about "special financial aids" on the documents?. There was NONE. I had touring a very nice apartment complexes in Palm Deserts that was VERY TRANSPARENT and professional about similar "special financial aids" from the start of application's processes. The manager gave me a folder including all information about this program and what documents were required. I WASN'T INTERESTED in the "special financial aids" programs offered at this apartment complexes. Therefore, I didn't even apply for the apartment, but the complexes are very nice, clean and the PRICINGS were reasonable. The weather was something that made me to reconsider. On the hands, this FG Grand Isle DIDN'T INFORMED and providing any information whatsoever about the "special financial aids" programs until I finished and paid for application fee's + holding deposits. They tricked me into signed pages after pages of "discount programs" application and said they would finish up the remaining blank pages. Yesenia even said my financial documents were SUFFICIENTLY to qualify for their "discount programs". And, I had to go after them since they didn't call me as promised. They then switched their snake tongues (from cobras to rattle snakes) and their screwed-up ugly masks 😷 slipped off. As I stated, they surely were CROOKED business's. It wasn't that I wasn't able to afford the prices but RATHER it wasTHEIR UNTRUSTWORTHY BUSINESS'S DEALINGS THAT MADE ME TO CANCEL EVERYTHING AND WENT ELSEWHERE THAT I WAS MORE HAPPY AND BE AT PEACE WITH. As I had said before, it was the 2nd times they CONTINUED ON SCREWED-UP THEMSELVES as THEY DID few years ago‼️. PERIOD.
