  Palo Alto Plaza is a very welcoming and comfortable community, and we have really enjoyed living here. Whenever an issue comes up, the management team is quick to respond and take care of it. We also really appreciate the security patrols at night, which make us feel safe and comfortable. The courtyard is beautifully maintained with lovely flowers, and the property and common areas are always clean and well cared for. The location is another big plus. Grocery stores, restaurants, parks, and schools are all nearby, and we love being able to walk to so many places in our daily life. Overall, we are very happy living here and truly appreciate the warm, safe, and well maintained environment.

  We toured quite a few apartments in the area when we were looking for a place, and this was actually one of the first ones we visited. After seeing many other options, we ended up coming back and choosing this one, and we’ve been very happy with our decision. The location is really convenient. We can walk to get groceries in about five minutes, and maintenance has always been very quick and responsive. The common areas are consistently clean, I’ve never noticed any unpleasant smells, and the neighbors are generally very quiet. I also see the maintenance and landscaping staff working around the property almost every morning, so it’s clear that the grounds are regularly taken care of. The rent is also reasonable compared with other apartments nearby, and the parking spaces are surprisingly spacious, which is a nice plus. There are a few smaller things we appreciate too. They occasionally hold community events, and they’re actually pretty nice! We also love having a gas stove in our unit. If you cook often, it makes a big difference. One thing that stood out to me the most is how many people seem to have lived here for years. There are quite a few long-term residents who have stayed rather than moving out after a year or two. I think that says a lot about what it’s actually like to live here.

  I highly recommend this property for its beautifully maintained, quiet garden and peaceful atmosphere. The exceptional office staff and maintenance team are incredibly helpful, and the neighbors are genuinely nice and respectful.

  Really loved living here in the last three months. Location is perfect as someone who commutes via bike and public transportation to Stanford. My partner and I opted for a studio and it’s the perfect size and has a lot of storage space for a smaller apartment. Apartment is kept relatively clean and the amenities are well maintained and really great! The staff are also super friendly and helpful, making the move much easier. Only thing I would criticize are the laundry rooms as they aren’t kept as clean as I would like and sometimes the machines have issues. But the price for the laundry was the cheapest out of the other apartments I toured and communal laundry isn’t too much of a big deal for me as someone coming out of undergrad who shared laundry for four years.

  Lovely little apartment. Convenient location next to grocery, nice garden-like space inside the apartment. Very friendly and helpful staff. It's about 3 months since I've moved in, and I'm happy about most part. The only downside I can think of is that they have a very old elevator (which is kinda cool)
