  The units, particularly my unit, are very nice and cozy. The facilities are great too. The maintenance can be a lot more quicker but overall a good gated community in good area.

  This apartment is quiet, safe, and well-maintained, and the layout is fantastic. However, my experience as a prospective tenant was mixed. At my scheduled tour time, I couldn’t enter due to the access system and got no response via the intercom. I had to wait until a staff member let me in, even though someone was inside the office. Weston, the leasing agent, was friendly and professional, and the maintenance staff I met were also very kind. However, a follow-up call from another staff member felt impatient and somewhat condescending. I ultimately chose another apartment due to location, but the inconsistency in service was noticeable.

  The apartment complex is very well managed and maintained. The location is amazing: easy access to groceries, select restaurants, Caltrain, and bus stops. And yet, safely tucked-in to avoid traffic noise. The amenities are also top-notch! Bryan and Weston are easily accessible and quick to act for any leasing or maintenance needs.

  I had booked our apartment here at Palo Alto Plaza virtually. I had a very amazing experience with Mike and Bryan. Both of them were able to help me through out the process and answer the questions very patiently! The community is very clean and tidy and staff is very responsive with any help required for the apartment fixtures. Been here for about 3 months and I’m glad we got an apartment here :)

  The location is great. It’s near El Camino and the garden is very nice with a gym and swimming pool built in.
