  I have been living here since it first opened in 2022, and the management quality has completely deteriorated. There are serious ongoing safety issues with aggressive, unleashed dogs in the hallways, and property management continuously fails to enforce lease rules or protect residents—even after numerous reports and police/SVACA involvement. The lack of action and accountability is disgraceful. Save yourself the headache and safety risks. I strongly advise against moving here.

  We’ve had a very nice experience so far! From the beginning, the leasing process was smooth and welcoming. Michael took the time to sit down with us, walk us through our options, and make sure we found the right fit for our situation. We especially appreciated the flexibility of the short-term lease options, as we only needed a six-month lease while renovating our home. Maintenance requests have also been a breeze. A special shout-out to Alberto, he has helped us so many times and always has such a fantastic attitude. Even when we’ve needed help on holidays or his days off, he has been incredibly kind, responsive, and willing to assist. Overall, we’ve had a warm and positive experience. The team has made what could have been a stressful temporary move feel easy and comfortable. We would absolutely recommend them and would vouch for this community time and time again!

  MV Apartments offers a pleasant living environment with a convenient location and a welcoming atmosphere. The community feels comfortable and well suited for everyday living, with easy access to nearby shopping, dining, and essential services. A nice option for anyone looking for a place to call home in Mountain View.

  I had a great stay with MV apartments, the facilities were great (especially the BBQ) the location is the perfect balance between convenient and quiet. Most notably the best part was the manager Michael! He is the most bubbly and warm person ever! He knows everyone by name I swear. He’s really helpful and personable! We were sad to say goodbye to him but I will never not rave about MV because of him!

  We stayed at MV for about 2 years and then we decided to escape. I recommend to stay away from this building. Reason are : 1) the place is just next to El Camino that has 24/7 traffic and noise. The bus stop noise is super annoying when busses brake and accelerate. 2) The rental is super inflated and the management take advantage of renters every year by 5-10% rent jumps . With this level of street noise the rentals are 30-50% more than market. 3) There are new constructions just next to the MV. The place is almost not livable till 5pm due to construction noise. Also I needed to clean up my balcony every week. 4) due to the recent bike lanes there is almost zero parking available after 5pm. You have to spend hours finding parking. The management fight with residents not to park car in the building and they don't understand the parking issue of the neighborhood. The building is brand new with lots of side issues and greedy owners
