  MV apartments is nice but expensive. For the price one would expect they would take care of the mailroom. It has packages and boxes all over the place, on tables and shelves, on the floor, it can be a real mess and you have to dig through 80 packages to find yours. I have had multiple times where my packages got stolen. They could easily fix this, but even with our high rent, they won’t. The garbage policy is to put your garbage outside your door and someone will pick it up. But now you walk down the hall and there is garbage in the hallway. It smells and looks horrible and is embarrassing when I bring friends or family over to my apartment. There are simple solutions to make the halls much cleaner and less smelly but the management just ignored those suggested simple solutions The pool area is awesome

  Lived in MV Apartments for 3 years. It is not what it used to be in 2024. Building has kids running around everyday, with no respect for peoples property or the community as a whole. The dog walking path is destroyed because of construction next door. But the most alarming piece is 3 management companies in 3 years. Double charges on the rent. Door to package room was broken for almost a year, allowing anyone to access. We, along with multiple neighbors did not even receive a renewal agreement when our lease was ending, with management breaking multiple laws and still upcharging rent. For this price, the unit is nice but everything around it sucks. Maintenance guys were awesome I will say. I would stay away at this point. The building is becoming one of those Sunnyvale old buildings very quickly, with homeless lurking on El Camino.

  Concerned neighbor. I have lived here over a year and found the overall location, maintenance and amenities worth the rent. However, about a month ago new residents moved in that have absolutely trashed this place leaving it unrecognizable. Just take a look at the elevator doors when you come in for a tour!!! Every single day there is curry dropped there which has created a health concern for all neighbors with small children and pets. On top of this, furniture on shared spaces is also littered and I’ve personally seen this same neighbor use the microwave in the Lounge to heat dog food! You’ve been warned, don’t be surprised if you move in and end up in the hospital.
