  Five stars! We have been living here for almost a year, and our experience has been exceptional. Upon moving in, the property was in absolutely immaculate condition. The management team is truly top-notch—always responsive, professional, and incredibly helpful. Additionally, the neighborhood is peaceful and safe, offering a wonderful sense of community. It is highly walkable, with a lovely trail entrance nearby, and perfectly balances a quiet atmosphere with convenient access to transit and dining. I highly recommend this wonderful property to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

  We have been staying here for 3 years now, one of the best properties on Mountain View with lots of open space for the kids to play and amazing community living. This is the perfect combination where you live in the best school district with modern apartments with all amenities kike gym, swimming pool, with the creek nearby for our morning or evening walk/ run.

  Love living at Greendale! The management team just hosted a fantastic Taco Party today with great food, drinks, and awesome community lawn games like cornhole and Connect Four. It’s so nice to live in a community that brings neighbors together for fun events.

  My Family Moved Here Early In 2026. We Have Found Greendale Apartments has a Friendly Supportive Positive Helpful Management and Beautiful Clean Peaceful Landscaping Grounds with Several Very Good Well-Maintained Organized Amenities Like the Swimming Pools And Newer Refurbished Good Quality Apartment Units and A Kids Family Friendly Environment and An Overall Good Community. They offer complimentary Wi-Fi which is convenient and useful. U Can Be Comfortable Here. There are the big tech companies nearby like Alphabet and Apple and Amazon and Linkedn and Meta and Intuit, among many others. The school system in the overall Bay Area Peninsula has had an excellent reputation over the past many decades. And the NorCal weather is famous for being mild and moderate. The high-tech job market, the good weather, the good schools, low crime rates...all those have been the top reasons why housing prices have been very high in this area the last several decades as well. It's one of the more better areas to raise kids in the United States. Many kids from and nearby Greendale Apartments go to nearby schools and seem to be happy and doing well Overall. My Family Has Been Overall Satisfied and Happy Living here. Only A Few Drawbacks for Me: It is Pricy ($6K a Month With Utilities Which Is Actually Typical Rent for the NorCal Bay Area Peninsula)....some of the Amenities don't get maintained repaired that Expeditiously (AC stopped working in the Creekside Hub and the older big screen TV in the Billiards room is Cumbersome and unfortunately the Pools get closed the entire Winter) and we more Seriously my Family heard about a few Robberies and Break-Ins that occured within Greendale Apartments that made my Family shudder over our personal safety. And My Biggest Personal Drawback Is That My Family/Social/Work Situation Has Been Regrettably somewhat Cluttered Disorganized Confusing Stressed Mean Angry Hard Painful at times.....some of that is my Responsibility given I have been feeling a bit Homesick Lost Stressed Often as I'm not Originally from the Bay Area I Was Moved Here At my Age 13 ~ I was originally being raised in a cooler place in SoCal and Later in Hawaii and I instead had to move around and change schools / colleges A LOT as a developing Youth...So if those personal challenges Downsides weren't there for me then Living Here would be much more of the The Upside of Apartment Living! Still, The Nicest Most Genuine Compliment I Can Say Is That This Is the Most Beautiful Apartment Rental Place I Have Ever Stayed At 😊😇...And That is Huge For Me To Say Given That From My Age 13 I've Lived In Around a Dozen Different Rental Places And Over 20 Different Homes And I've Endured A Degree of Mental Torture Through All my Schools Colleges and Homes Which, Regrettably, Became More Pronounced Since My Age 13 🤒🤕 As Things Went Poorly For Me Overall (With The Exception of my Short boarding school experience in Hawaii). I'm Working On Adjusting Better to Everything so hopefully soon my experience gets a lot better and I Work and Do Better in Life and my personal challenges get dry cleaned and pressed smoothened out Soon. LOL! And This Will Be Good so the Future of My Wife and Kids can be That Much Better and Brighter and Stable and Happy and Healthy. I would like My Wife And Kids one day in the Future to be able to live Nicely in a Dream House and Build on all our previous life experiences to make it really Awesome! And further for me, Ideally, I don't want to be tethered down down too much with House things challenges and would like a Minimalist Office Bed Space and be more free to move about the World with my heart, mind, body, and Soul. 🥳🤩😍 Thank You and good luck! 😇
