Very frustrating renewal experience We’ve lived here and have been trying to handle our lease renewal well in advance, but the communication from management has been extremely disappointing. We first reached out about two months before our lease ends to ask about 6-month and 12-month renewal options. The only option provided to us has been month-to-month. Since the property’s website shows other similar available units with 6-month and 12-month lease terms, we repeatedly asked whether those options could be made available to us as well. For the past two months, we’ve been told that the pricing team would review the request and get back to us. Despite multiple emails and follow-ups, we still have not received an answer (not even a response on whether month-to-month was the only option). Today, we went to the leasing office in person to try to resolve the issue. The sign said the office would reopen at 2:30 PM, but no one was there when I arrived, and I waited until around 2:55 PM without being able to speak with anyone. Another resident was also waiting outside and said they had already been waiting for about an hour. The frustrating part is that we are not asking for something last-minute. We proactively contacted the leasing office well in advance because we wanted to make an informed decision about whether to renew. Instead, we’ve spent nearly two months repeatedly following up without receiving a concrete answer. I understand that pricing may require approval, but residents should not have to repeatedly chase management for basic renewal information. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and responsiveness

Since moving into this complex, the quality of management has declined significantly. Rent has been raised by 9 percent in one year, yet the property is not being maintained to an acceptable standard. The landscaping is neglected, the elevators are frequently out of service, and key amenities such as the pool and hot tub are often closed for repair or otherwise inaccessible. In addition, the property has become overrun with rats. It is not uncommon to see them on patios or in shared areas such as the grill space, making these amenities unusable. Despite repeated complaints about this issue, no effective action has been taken, leaving residents to deal with the problem on their own. To rent the club room, management charges $850, which is excessive given the current condition of the property and the lack of functioning amenities. For the amount of rent being charged, residents should not have to contend with these conditions. There is barely any guest parking and it seems to be always filled with restidents cars when I visit. The BBQs are cleaned often but somehow a pain to start

WORST MOVE OUT EXPERIENCE . We moved out in April, received a deposit deduction notice (which already covered the whole move out statement), and then—without a single phone call or email —discovered they sent a DEBT COLLECTOR after us a month later to double charge us. It makes no sense to deduct a deposit and then immediately send a separate move-out fee collections without any communication. I tried to call the leasing office but no one was picking up the phone. I also tried going to the leasing office directly; however they left the work earlier than the time specified on Google/ leasing office. The lack of communication is unacceptable.
