Since moving into this complex, the quality of management has declined significantly. Rent has been raised by 9 percent in one year, yet the property is not being maintained to an acceptable standard. The landscaping is neglected, the elevators are frequently out of service, and key amenities such as the pool and hot tub are often closed for repair or otherwise inaccessible. In addition, the property has become overrun with rats. It is not uncommon to see them on patios or in shared areas such as the grill space, making these amenities unusable. Despite repeated complaints about this issue, no effective action has been taken, leaving residents to deal with the problem on their own. To rent the club room, management charges $850, which is excessive given the current condition of the property and the lack of functioning amenities. For the amount of rent being charged, residents should not have to contend with these conditions. There is barely any guest parking and it seems to be always filled with restidents cars when I visit. The BBQs are cleaned often but somehow a pain to start

WORST MOVE OUT EXPERIENCE . We moved out in April, received a deposit deduction notice (which already covered the whole move out statement), and then—without a single phone call or email —discovered they sent a DEBT COLLECTOR after us a month later to double charge us. It makes no sense to deduct a deposit and then immediately send a separate move-out fee collections without any communication. I tried to call the leasing office but no one was picking up the phone. I also tried going to the leasing office directly; however they left the work earlier than the time specified on Google/ leasing office. The lack of communication is unacceptable.

I’ve had packages stolen on a weekly basis because delivery drivers, especially Amazon, frequently ignore delivery instructions and leave packages outside unsecured areas. Despite repeatedly raising concerns with management, nothing meaningful has been done to address the issue. I requested either security cameras near the entrance or at minimum signage instructing drivers not to leave packages outside, but there has been no action taken. Management also promised to install a package locker system when I first moved here in January, but it is now May and nothing has been implemented. At this point, it feels like an empty promise rather than an actual plan to improve resident security. Another ongoing issue is the elevators. One out of the two elevators is constantly under repair or construction almost every month since I moved in. This is not only extremely inconvenient for residents, but it also raises safety concerns. For the price being charged, there are many other apartments in the area offering similar or better amenities, often for the same price or even cheaper. Unfortunately, the lack of security, unresolved maintenance problems, and poor follow-through from management make this place difficult to recommend.
