  Cons: 1) Unfair utility increases without notice. It was ~$90 for a 1 bedroom and they shot up the price to $180 2) We have never been assigned a call button, every time we have to go to front door to pick up food or let our friends in 3) water pressure is too low 4) pool is dirty and barely functional 5) management change happened in December and it has been detrimental to this place 6) barely managed ground staff and dirty hallway carpets 7) forced internet and cable prices pros 1) closer to 85 and 101 Please do not take up this apartment until all of these issues are fixed.

  0 stars!!!! Theft all over this facility, from cars being stolen to cars being broken into, packages stolen, mail stolen, you name it. Management is no help , they seem to not care at all. We had asked multiple times to have them check cameras on multiple occasions of theft. Police report has been made and still nothing. It’s been 4 months since the first report and we’ve had 3 separate thefts since the first one. ALSO SECURITY IS CREEPY!!!
