Our stay at these apartments has been extremely disappointing. There are ants everywhere, and it seems impossible to get rid of them. They move in large groups across the tables and other surfaces, which is completely unacceptable for a place where people are supposed to live. The jacuzzi also has cold water and has not been properly repaired despite the issue being reported. The parking area is covered with a thick layer of dust and dirt. For anyone with allergies, spending time there is extremely uncomfortable and can be very difficult. On top of all of this, we were flooded by the neighbors upstairs. Now there is industrial drying equipment running inside the apartment. It is incredibly loud and makes it almost impossible to stay, sleep, or live there normally, especially with a child. Management suggested that we spend time in their office/workspace instead of staying in the apartment while the drying equipment is running. However, the internet connection there is very poor, which makes it practically impossible to work from that space. Offering a workspace with unreliable internet is not a realistic solution for someone who needs to work remotely. There have also been frustrating changes regarding amenities and fees. When we moved in, we were told that the party room was free to use. Later, we were informed that it actually costs $350. Guest parking was also free when we signed our lease, but it has since become paid parking. These kinds of changes are especially disappointing because they affect the overall cost and experience of living here, and they are not what we were originally told when we decided to move in. Instead of being a comfortable place to live, the apartment has become stressful and practically uninhabitable. Management needs to take these maintenance, cleanliness, communication, and living-condition issues much more seriously.

Parking has never been cleaned in last 8 years. Same with landscaping, building has cracks, pest infestation, water pressure issues, and the list goes on and on. Even 50 year old buildings are better than this one!

Ridiculous parking fees and absurdly high rent increases for lease renewal. Previous management was less greedy and way better. Regretting renewing my lease for another year, I feel trapped. 🥺

Wouldn’t recommend anyone signing a new lease in this community. We can’t wait for the lease to run out and to move out of this community. Community is starting to charge absurdly high prices for resident and guest parking. It is insulting they are marketing it as a more “convenient“ parking system. $10/day for guest parking which is not even gated. For over a year, we’ve been parking our second car there without any issues but they are trying to monetise every last space they have. Moreover, we can only register one car with the assigned parking space, making it impossible to swap cars in OUR assigned space. Of course residents will have to pay up $100/mo for the second space. We also need to take a print out of the permit and display it in the car like we’re living in the 2000s? Management has been unhelpful with any of the issues. The building doesn’t even have as many amenities to justify the rent increases ($300/mo) and ridiculous parking fees.

$10 for each guest parking per day. No free resident parking at all. Garage area covered with dust, never cleaned for past several years. No power backup, building goes dark if there’s a power cut and elevators stop, no electricity generator which was there till 2024 Lock system was changed recently and new keys didn’t work for almost 30 days, the building was without locks or security for over a month. Rent increase is absurdly high, and no consideration for long term residents, no rent control Jacuzzi is often broken No water pressure in kitchen sink or wash basin, showers are ok though
