Very quiet apartments (you do not really hear outside noise or your neighbors), so it’s preety great.
The management, especially Joyce, is very fast with responses & she always provides important updates on time. I’ve been living here for about 7 months & have seen good improvements since new management took over, including overall cleanliness, and the upgrading of the building doors to a ButterflyMX system with more modern functions than the old system. So much better!!!
I also really like the walking distance to shopping and restaurants nearby. No problems so far. I’m happy here 😊

If you ever have an insufficient fund in your debit card by mistake and not enough for rent payment, you get: 1. a two-day pay rent or eviction notice on your door the next day 2. 100$ penalty for late fee and returned check fee(yes they only attempted the charge on the due date so late is inevitable in this case) 3. A pause on your online payment, with rent have to be paid with the extra hustle of cashier check or money order just as 1980s. I’m not saying that the management team has no legal right of doing that, but this is just very bad tenant experience.
This could be more reasonable if there’re any improvements made to any the above 1,2 or 3. For example, allowing rent to still be paid from debit card, or charging from the debit card on file early on the first two days of the month so tenants still can make up rent before the late payment due date, or just be less cold by avoiding eviction from the notice. It’s sad to see the management do none of them
This property management company hikes up the rent to an outrageous degree and couldn’t care less about its residents.
They offer electric vehicle charging, but it’s broken, leaving only two stations working. It charges at an incredibly slow rate of about 2% per hour. There used to be four functional chargers, but they’ve been left broken for so long that it feels like they’re intentionally avoiding the repairs.
The jacuzzi in the pool area has also been broken for months now. Even when they fix it, it breaks down again immediately. Anyway, everything around here is broken, and the plants are completely neglected and dying.
The biggest issue right now is the lock. I won’t go into details, but if your delay in fixing
this leads to someone becoming a victim of a crime, are you going to take responsibility? There are countless other problems, and every time I inquire, I get the same copy-paste response.
I highly recommend that anyone looking to rent here stay away. The rent goes up by hundreds of dollars all the time. People are constantly moving out, but new residents who have no idea what it’s really like just keep moving in.

1. Ants 2. Lost packages in the first floor. 3. Management got worse after they changed in 2026. Doesn’t align with what the lease signed and they turn off online management portal.

Cons:
1) Unfair utility increases without notice. It was ~$90 for a 1 bedroom and they shot up the price to $180
2) We have never been assigned a call button, every time we have to go to front door to pick up food or let our friends in
3) water pressure is too low
4) pool is dirty and barely functional
5) management change happened in December and it has been detrimental to this place
6) barely managed ground staff and dirty hallway carpets
7) forced internet and cable prices
pros
1) closer to 85 and 101
Please do not take up this apartment until all of these issues are fixed.
