  No one is telling the truth this place is full of ants, gnats, and roaches the office ask surprised but this is a serious health hazard do not Live here!

  We had a great experience working with Nellie at Vida in Mountain House. She was very patient, knowledgeable, and always took the time to answer all of our questions. What really stood out was her willingness to go the extra mile. Since Vastu is important to our family, we wanted to know the exact directions of a few homes. Nellie personally checked multiple units and provided us with all the information we needed. We truly appreciated her help, responsiveness, and dedication throughout the process.   I Went to Vida to look for a new home. I was helped by Susan and she was everything. The staff are so nice and very helpful. Vida is very beautiful.

  What can I say but Susan is the best! She is professional and makes everyone feel like there important and heard. She remembers everyone by name and is welcoming. Greystar is lucky to have such a person to represent the brand and community. She has been there since the beginning and should be a manager based on her connections with residents and her knowledge. She is Vida!!

  5-star review to Susan N! She has been the glue that has kept things together at Vida and when she started at Aviara. She's professional, a go getter, problem solver, and cares about the residents. I gave only 4 stars to the community mainly due to parking, accommodations we didn't receive (but paid for) while being one of the firsts to move in, issues with being charged incorrectly for our rent and bills, staff changes like no other. Overall, the community was nice while I was there and Susan really made things better for us during our stay.
