  No one is telling the truth this place is full of ants, gnats, and roaches the office ask surprised but this is a serious health hazard do not Live here!

  We had a great experience working with Nellie at Vida in Mountain House. She was very patient, knowledgeable, and always took the time to answer all of our questions. What really stood out was her willingness to go the extra mile. Since Vastu is important to our family, we wanted to know the exact directions of a few homes. Nellie personally checked multiple units and provided us with all the information we needed. We truly appreciated her help, responsiveness, and dedication throughout the process.   What can I say but Susan is the best! She is professional and makes everyone feel like there important and heard. She remembers everyone by name and is welcoming. Greystar is lucky to have such a person to represent the brand and community. She has been there since the beginning and should be a manager based on her connections with residents and her knowledge. She is Vida!!

  5-star review to Susan N! She has been the glue that has kept things together at Vida and when she started at Aviara. She's professional, a go getter, problem solver, and cares about the residents. I gave only 4 stars to the community mainly due to parking, accommodations we didn't receive (but paid for) while being one of the firsts to move in, issues with being charged incorrectly for our rent and bills, staff changes like no other. Overall, the community was nice while I was there and Susan really made things better for us during our stay.

  I just want to make this review based off the experience I had, I had taken a tour and it went well the place was to my liking and the price was kind of up there but manageable. So I took the night to think it over with my girlfriend and the next morning I went to apply for the townhome and to find out the rent was significantly raised by hundreds of dollars. So I called in and spoke to Susan which is the lady I did the tour with and I asked her about the increase and that I just went on a tour with her the day prior she told me she would reach out to her district manager and see if they can honor the original price quoted to me less tha 24 hours prior which she wrote down on a paper with the different floor plans. After a little while she reached back out stating they absolutely will not honor the original price quoted to me less tha a day prior and if I still wanted to go with them it would’ve the new price. I just think is really odd and very non respectable because of this I chose to simply not do business with them.
