  If I could give this apartment complex 0 stars, I absolutely would. This place is a complete joke. The parking situation is beyond ridiculous. If you can’t find parking close to your apartment, you risk getting ticketed by Morgan Hill PD. Between everyone in my household, we’ve gotten over 10 parking tickets, and every single one costs $45. Last night, my sister and my boyfriend got home late and didn’t want to risk getting another ticket, so they parked in front of the office. They woke up this morning to find BOTH of their cars had been towed. It cost $600 EACH to get their cars back. How is that acceptable? Residents already struggle to find parking, and instead of fixing the problem, they punish the people who actually live here. It’s greedy and completely unfair. Management is just as bad. They ignore emails, never answer phone calls, and take forever to deal with maintenance issues. Our hot water stopped working, and they couldn’t even be bothered to respond. We pay rent every month, yet they can’t provide basic customer service or even reliable hot water. We are counting down the days until our lease is over in January because we cannot wait to get out of this place. Save yourself the stress, the parking tickets, the towing fees, and the terrible management. DO NOT LEASE HERE

  Tell you they are taking tours, have apartments listed, and accepted the tour. We showed up on time and the lady was rude and dismissive stating they aren't accepting tours and they don't know why the website says that. Ridiculous.

  This place has a lack of communication! There manager Derrick won’t return your calls and when they do pick up they have no information at all. The only person that helped us was Dallas she’s wonderful! But getting any update or information from Dereck is like pulling teeth! He needs to do better! I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication

  Office/Maintenance staff were extremely helpful and fixed our issue right away. Very friendly and understanding. Thank you!
