- JBJohn Baraona1 day ago2.0Purchased new townhouse on 12-20-2025 and was rushed into home by builder. All I wanted was for the home to be 100% ready on move in date. The builder was suppose to complete my home by April and rushed it. The only problem is I had lots of call backs to redone lots of bad work. At least 40 items and still going on. Now patch work they did on walls and ceiling still show after they tried to paid over them.Just the other day they knocked on my door trying to install the correct light switches in every bathroom. Now all of the skilled workers left and now I get unskilled workers filling in for someone.
