I had an outstanding experience with Sedona Apartments in Moreno Valley. From the very beginning, the leasing manager made the entire process feel smooth, welcoming, and genuinely personalized. Her customer service is truly exceptional and she took the time to work with me individually and to make sure I felt confident every step of the way.
In my case, she went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed to find the right apartment at the right budget. She was patient, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable, which made a huge difference in what can usually be a stressful process.
Honestly, her friendliness and professionalism were the main reasons I became interested in Sedona in the first place. I have rented all over this city and I would say if you’re considering moving here, you’ll be in great hands.

Lived here for 7 years. After having a fallout due to unlivable conditions, they decided to not give me my deposit. They never answer the phones, and are slow to resolve any and all issues. The management company, Davlyn Investments, is exetremely shady. They never answer and if they call you back, they call on private. Sergio, from Davlyn, moves like a crook. They demand payment but treat you like you're the problem if you ever have a concern. Don't trust them with your deposits.
Here’s what happened and why I’m reviewing.My AC went out this Saturday I called the after hours hotline late Saturday, I received a call back from our manager Breonna asking me for details and assuring me that she would get on this situation. I noticed her tone of voice really off I asked her if she’s ok she replied with her answer that she’s was taking care of a loved one at the hospital. I could tell she was not lying and she was in pain. I told her when ever you get a chance it’s all good. I went out and bought a fan for the meantime I didn’t want to pressure another human being under certain conditions. The next day “Sunday “ her day off she calls me telling me she’s on it. I could hear the PA system of a hospital I asked her you if she was ok? She replied with a soft painful voice “ yes I’m ok” I knew she was not ok and told her when ever you can get to our AC it’s all good. Monday morning the Ac tech was at our unit with our apt manager Breonna there on her day off again. Wow the will and dedication of this young lady and dedication is second to none. Thru her tuff times she still thought of her tenants. Much love and respect for this young lady Breonna Hudson👊🏼. THANK YOU 🙏
