Since the day we moved in ,electrical problems , they had bugs in one apartment and tried get us to move in there , then our ceiling collapsed from the upstairs water leaking , had mold in the walls, still haven't fixed it and had us without hot water for 2 months and going, leaking shower faucet, they just don't keep up with it as when we came in it seemed nice then as time went they haven't been keeping up and don't fix it unless the law requires it and even then they are sloppy, we have had in the last year 4 about to be 5 new managers as they don't even like how the regional manager (Brian) is running it , the price was 1995 and now in number 25 apartment that had the bugs it's 1850 but even then it's still not worth it , the dryer was brokenand they take forever to fix , as I said our ceiling collapsed do to water damage and it effected 3-4 apartments and it's still not fixed. Definitely wouldn't recommend , it's only luxury cuz it comes with a fridge washer n dryer n microwave , besides that , there's nothing luxury about it . Terrible service , terrible regional manager , and even the managers don't stay. Oh and the mail box keeps getting broken into

I recently toured Altitude Apartments and was completely put off from the moment I arrived. Carol, who handled our tour, was shockingly rude and made zero effort to be welcoming or professional. Not a great first impression when you're trying to win someone over as a potential tenant.
The condition of the complex was even worse. The trash cans in the common area were completely overflowing, the elevator was covered in stains, and — I wish I was making this up — there was a bag of dirty diapers just sitting on the stairs. Absolutely disgusting. This is a place people are supposed to call home.
If this is how they present the property during a tour when they're actively trying to lease units, I'd hate to see what it looks like on any given Tuesday. The lack of basic cleanliness and maintenance is alarming, and the unprofessional staff only makes it worse.
Save yourself the trip. There are far better options in the area where management actually takes pride in their property and treats prospective residents with basic respect.
I submitted a notice to vacate on March 21st, stating my intention to move out on May 20th — the final day of my 11-month lease. An African American female manager accepted the form in person at the office, but I was not given any receipt or copy.
On May 1st, I went to the office to request prorated rent for May. The new manager, Carol Ponze, claimed there was no record of my notice and refused to make any accommodations. As a result, I'm being forced to pay for the entire month of May, costing me roughly $600 more than expected.
This complex has constant manager turnover (new one almost every month), with many being incompetent and rude. The walls are extremely thin — you can hear every conversation and noise from neighbors.
Critical advice: Always take photos or photocopies of any document you hand to management, get a receipt if possible, and document every interaction (date, time, name of the person). They will "lose" paperwork when it benefits them financially.
I would not recommend this apartment complex.
I submitted a 30-day notice to vacate two months early, but management claims they “lost” the form. I didn’t keep a copy or get any receipt — that was my mistake. However, this place has had a revolving door of new managers every month, all of whom have been grossly incompetent and rude. The paper-thin walls mean you can hear every single thing your neighbors are doing. I would not recommend this apartment complex at all. Important advice: Always take photocopies or photos of every document you submit and document every single communication with this management. They will lie and do whatever it takes to squeeze more money out of you. Because they “lost” my notice, I’m now being forced to pay for 10 extra days of rent.
