  Unfortunately, this apartment complex is absolutely filthy. I have been a neighbor for the past five years, and there has been a consistent issue with waste and trash that includes food, feces, cigarette butts, and basically any other type of waste you can think of. I have spoke to the manager, Jennifer Isley On multiple occasions, but unfortunately, those conversations have been unsuccessful. I’ve made multiple reports to the city, while the property management company has been fined, unfortunately there has not been any sort of consistent improvement around the waste management of the property.

  These apartment complexes have a cockroach infestation problem. Do not rent from here. They’ll keep calling pest control, but whatever they spray does not work cockroaches keep coming for the price of the rent… You would expect better.
