Customer Service: Veronica and Kyle are very helpful and responsive. They also make it a point to get to know their tenants while making us feel welcomed via sponsored events within the community and birthday cards on your door.
Community: Great location; close to safe way , NPS, parks, in-shape gym, etc. The staff makes it a point to try to keep the community clean and updated.
Parking is very bad, if you are a two car home, be ready to fight for parking spots or walk. There were open parking spots but six have been designated and the remainder have been raffled up for a $50 a month fee, this was very frustrating for us and refused to pay extra to park our second car. There have been a number of car break ins, so lock your doors. Their is a pool, however, it is not heated so, we dont use it because of the chilly weather. Laundry is an issue, there are six washers and dryers within the community so you will have to wait to find an open one. This community is also dog friendly, they have a dog wash station which is great so you dont have to make a mess in your house.
Living space: Updated appliances but no dishwasher. There isnt alot of storage but the floor plan is pretty well done and we make due with the space we have. Mold has been an issue but the maintenance and staff were very responsive with remediation efforts. Also, piping is old, we have had a number of issues with floors flooding. But again, no matter the time, the maintenance staff would come to help. If they could not fix it they would do everything they could to make you feel taken care of and stay with you until plumber arrived.
Maintenance Staff: BEST EVER!!!!! Pete and Roberto are by far the best in town!! they are so fast to help you, friendly, and willing to fix what they can and if they cant they will figure it out. We have had no issues AT ALL! I wish every management company had a staff like them!
