  This is a beautiful new independent living apartment building next to the well established Park Lane. The area is peaceful, walkable and close to town.

  Coastal is a beautifully designed living space for seniors. Every detail well thought out. With utilities and meals included it makes this luxury living within reach. The staff are great! Retirement at its best. Truly 5 stars.

  I’m glad I had moved my mother to Coastal Senior Residence, amazing new building, friendly staff, centrally located for easy access. In my opinion it’s been the best choice of living for her, it’s home sweet home! She’s been very happy and active, socializing with new friends and enjoying all the amenities of a first class facility. Thank’s to all the friendly staff for caring and making it a wonderful experience! It’s been a life changing event and the transition was smooth and easy. I would encourage and recommend your facilities to anyone looking for a new home. Regards

  My wife and I recently helped her stepmom move from the east coast into Coastal Senior Residences at The Park Lane. After visiting several senior living facilities in Monterey, Carmel and Pacific Grove, we settled on the Coastal Senior Living Residences because the facilities are brand new and beautiful and the staff are wonderful. Every staff member has been lovely and kind. The transition has not been easy, but every staff member has gone out of their way to help my wife's stepmom feel comfortable and welcome at the Park Lane community. We are very relieved to have found the Park Lane community.

  My family and I recently helped our grandmother move into Coastal Senior Residences at The Park Lane and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how beautiful the property is! Everything feels brand new, thoughtfully designed, and truly luxurious. The building and facilities are stunning, with bright, modern spaces that feel more like a high-end resort than a senior residence. What really makes it special, though, is the people. Every staff member we’ve met has been incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, which made the transition so much easier for our family. Most importantly, our grandmother is genuinely happy here. She feels comfortable, safe, and excited to be part of the community which is all we could have hoped for. We’re so grateful she found a place that truly feels like home.
