  I like the apartments and the great service. But it seems like the problem is with the new policies that are being enforced on the Tenants. I had a cheap Xfinity internet plan which costs me 25$ (300 MB/S) per month including device rent. But with the new policy they are enforcing me to take their own xfinity internet which bumped my price to 50$ excluding the device (which is 10$ more). I know this doesn't break me, but enforcing the things which I don't want concerns me. When I bought this up to the management, they were okay to let me move out, but not make adjustment on this enforcement. I had to sign the renewal... NOT BY CHOICE!!!!

  I lived in willow grove for 7 years and only experienced poor living conditions, broken promises and poor service. If you want consistent water leaks in your ceiling, poorly constructed living quarters and a high rent increase every year rent an apartment at willow grove. 1 bed room goes for $1245, remodel means they just put pretty wrapping paper on a broken down apartment. Also if you are reading other reviews and they are positive it’s because willow grove did a promotion about two years ago, if you bait people in with a good review they took $50 off your rent. Definitely would not recommend living at willow grove.

  I have had such a good experience since day one. The management and staff are very helpful over all a great place to be.
