  We love it here at Brooks Landing Apartments ! Huge thank’s to the office team and maintenance crew. Michelle, Lucy and George they are so responsive, kind and truly care about residents. Our apartment is spacious and well-kept. The grounds are always clean, neighbors are respectful.It’s in a great location close to everything but still feels peaceful.

  I did not want to leave a review but unfortunately move out process was our last drop. As you can see most positive reviews are about maintenance (and it’s true they are great), and Lucy, but nothing else. Before moving in pay attention to this: - You will hear your neighbors above you. The floor/ ceiling is very thin. It sounds like people are playing bowling above you up. - Homeless people raiding garbage on daily bases. Some are very rude and aggressive. - Gate will not be working 90% of the time. - After your move out, your remaining owed balance will go to collection within 2 weeks. - They will not provide a proof of completed work. Since collection agency is acting on their behalf, you will be told “just trust that the work has been actually done”. All in all, this can be a great complex if managed by right people.
